Some opinions about Obama’s bowing to the Saudi king are provided below. I’ve no energy to offer any kind of opinion on this potential gaffe (which is a shame, because normally, I’d be grinning like a Cheshire cat over the prospects).

Instead, I’m still reeling at the news of the passing in Congress of that horrific mega-trillion-dollar-porkulus package.

I’m so disheartened about the porkulus budget (with it’s socialized medicine mandate crammed in with a gazillion other welfare/socialist projects and earmarks), I can’t even muster up enough quality brain activity to hone a snazzy title for this posting (yeah, I know it sucks). C’est la vie.
