Sarah Palin Wins POTUS Game Show; Obama’s Lack of Foresight about US Missile Defense Cuts Seems Naive & Dangerous

When your socialist trillion-dollar-porkulus budget is about to plunge the nation you’ve pledged to defend and support, plunge it into the WORST debt ever since the nation’s inception, and a hostile nation like North Korea has pretty much laughed and thumbed its nose at you about its development and launching of missiles, what should you do as President of the United States?
Would you choose…
A) Take a tough stance to make enemy nations hesitant to make trouble, emphasizing the principles of freedom our nation was built upon, and quoting Ronald Reagan and Thomas Jefferson whenever possible.
B) Publicly and harshly denounce on American television the violation of conduct that has been caused by North Korea’s missile launch, being sure to schedule the TV denouncement so that you’ll pre-empt American Idol AGAIN (but we’re pretty sure emo-guy Adam Lambert is going to win, so who cares?).
C) It’s Wednesday… so… that means EVERYONE CONGA at the White House with wagyu steak and martinis! Wednesday is par-tay time for “Party-Boy Obama”!
D) Cut back on US military defense spending by billions of dollars so that your beloved ACORN organization will instead get those billions, as it will need to start paying lawyers for its defense of fraud and voter/election corruption charges.
If you’re Governor Sarah Palin, you would choose, without hesitation, A) and B); if you’re the “real” President of the United States, hmmm… maybe also add another response:
E) Apologize to all dead European dictators that you regret that you weren’t born early enough to be elected POTUS so that you could have offset the arrogance and selfishness of America’s military support during those bloody, bleak years of WWII.

“I am deeply concerned with North Korea’s development and testing program which has clear potential of impacting Alaska, a sovereign state of the United States, with a potentially nuclear armed warhead,” Governor Palin said. “I can’t emphasize enough how important it is that we continue to develop and perfect the global missile defense network. Alaska’s strategic location and the system in place here have proven invaluable in defending the nation.”
Governor Palin stressed the importance of Fort Greely and the need for continued funding for the Missile Defense Agency. The governor is firmly against U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates’ proposed $1.4 billion reduction of the Missile Defense Agency. Greely’s isolated location in Alaska as well as its strategic location in the Pacific allows for maximum security and development of the country’s only ground-based missile defense complex.
“Our early opposition to reduced funding for the Missile Defense Agency is proving to be well-founded during this turbulent time,” Governor Palin said. “I continue to support the development and implementation of a defensive missile shield based in Alaska. We are strategically placed to defend the critical assets of the United States and our allies in the Pacific Theater.”
The game’s over, the real POTUS action is beginning.
Now it’s time for Obama to “man up” and stop playing around with his beloved pet toys, like the nation’s economy, the ongoing bailout crud and corporation takeovers, the expansion of government, marginalizing radio talk show hosts who want his socialist agenda to fail, and his doomed-to-fail socialized health care plan. He needs to STOP bowing to kings and act like he’s the elected leader of the most magnificent country in the world.
We need to be safe. We need to be fully equipped to defend ourselves. With all things at stake, our nation’s security is the most important. Not funding ACORN or utopia-kumbaya projects.
Now is the worst possible time for Obama to slash the military budget. If we’re attacked on several sides by merciless terrorists (and they ARE out there, just waiting for that perfect moment) and our defenses have been gravely weakened, we may not even have a country for Obama to turn socialist.
Palin’s the hands-down winner of this installment of the POTUS Game Show—Obama can also win, but it means looking out for his country, and not his personal agenda.
