Pre-Tea-Party video log of an Arizona radio talk show host, Bruce Jacobs (from KFYI 550). I never see any vlogs of Arizona personalities on blogs, so I thought, “Hey, my blog… why not?”

Bruce can really irritate people, but I enjoy him. I’ve known several people like him, and know that under his gruff exterior, there is… a gruff interior.

But, his intentions are always the best and he speaks his mind, which is refreshing. He despises socialism and has no tolerance for most liberals. He calls it as he sees it, which can be annoying if you don’t agree with him. The guy’s honest as the day is long, in my opinion.

Bruce discusses tomorrow’s Phoenix tea party plans and the Homeland Security document that targets conservatives. He also warns that it is believed that ACORN members and other radical liberal groups will have representatives there, incognito, to put attendees on lists. He says do not sign ANY petitions at the rally and do not give out personal information. Be careful, be aware, and be on best behavior at all the protests in the country. Huffington Post was soliciting their readers last week to sign up to be spies and attend conservative tea parties undercover so as to “document” through videos and photographs those “kooky conservatives.” I have no idea how successful that effort was. I mean, most people have to work on Wednesday, and taking a vacation day off from work to be a HuffPo spy for free doesn’t sound like it would have many takers (the unemployed liberals, though, may have nothing better to do, so we’ll see).

I was tempted to sign up as a double-agent spy (!), because I am taking the day off from work. But it sounded like a drudge, so I discarded the thought after a couple minutes. I’m looking forward to mingling with hundreds of conservatives tomorrow, and “being a spy who isn’t a spy for HuffPo” will sound lame in my memoirs someday.

Anyway, Bruce Jacobs is not as polished as some radio personalities, but that’s part of his appeal and I usually get a kick out of him. He’s a quirky, passionate neoconservative. I thought some of our readers would also enjoy him. But like I said, he’s rougher around the edges than most. He concludes the video about his feelings about Arizona State University’s coach Bruce Snyder. Snyder passed away last week at age 69 after a 10-month cancer fight. He was a class act.
