Holy Spendthrift, Batman! NYC Air Force One Flyover Cost Taxpayers $328,835!

Pres. Obama is REALLY sorry about wasting $328,835 of taxpayers' money. He's no Superman, but he IS super-sorry.
What more can be said? I’m steamed, you’re steamed, but $328,835 has come and gone and Obama is sorry. He’s REALLY sorry. Super-sorry. I know, because he was wearing his “sorry” face.
He said, “It was a mistake, it will not happen again.”
Good grief, WHAT won’t happen again, Mr. President? Can you be just a little more specific?
Another unpublicized low flyover of New York City, scaring the ever-loving hell out of citizens won’t happen again?
Another Air Force One low flyover that cost an outrageous $328,835 won’t happen again?
Or, blundering, asinine mistakes from your administration won’t happen again, Mr. President… there will be no more mistakes? Yeah, that’s what I’d love to hear, no more whopping, out of control, jaw-droppingly ridiculous mistakes from this administration. But I’m not holding out for a fantasy from this collection of clowns.
At least, no more major mistakes this week, maybe? Pretty please?
And, do you think that could include mistakes like that Homeland Security “extremist conservative” report that attacked military veterans? Or, any DHS claims that illegal aliens from Canada crossing the northern border are more of a danger than those crossing from the southern border?
If not those, could it include not snubbing visiting world leaders, or giving DVD collections to visiting dignitaries, or bowing to Saudi kings, or publicly trashing America to anyone who is our enemy, or wanting American troops to pay for treatment of their war injuries, or taking over the operations of American businesses and banks, or giving out more bailouts funded by taxpayers, or obsessively partying and dining at the White House during a recession on expensive Japanese wagyu beef? How about not socializing American health care, or nominating tax cheats to head our federal government, or spearheading attacks against conservative radio talk show hosts, or mollycoddling captured terrorists, or compromising our national security by releasing secret CIA memos, or ignoring the Americans engaged in the tax protest tea parties, or forcing bills, with trillions of dollars of debt loaded with pork and earmarks, down our throats?
There’s so much more. But it wears me out thinking about all that your administration has done to our country since January 20. And I’m still steamed about the $328,835 price tag for some lousy photographs. I’m sick of reliving it all. Sick, sick, sick of it. Happy 100th-day anniversary… bleah.
I hope you didn’t just mean another NYC flyover photo op won’t happen again, Mr. President. I mean, you DID get those photos. So, it’s no “skin in the game” to promise THAT won’t happen again. Unless you think you need to do something daring for your next 100 days in office…
A portion from Bloomberg, written by Roger Runningen and Tony Capaccio:
Obama said he wasn’t informed in advance of yesterday’s low-altitude flight over New York Harbor, which rattled windows in New York’s financial district and prompted some office workers to flee buildings in fear it was a terrorist attack.
“It was a mistake,” Obama said today before a meeting at FBI headquarters in Washington. “It will not happen again.”
The incident continued to reverberate in New York and Washington today with two senators demanding an accounting of how the flight was approved, its cost and procedures aimed at avoiding a repeat.
“The supposed mission represents a fundamentally unsound exercise in military judgment and may have constituted an inappropriate use of Department of Defense resources,” Senator John McCain of Arizona wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
McCain, the senior Republican on the Armed Services Committee, asked Gates to provide a description of the mission, who ultimately approved it and an estimate of how much it cost.
The flight by the VC-25, a modified Boeing Co. 747, and two F-16 fighter jets cost $328,835, Air Force spokeswoman Vicki Stein said.

Air Force 1 is not a charter jet, it is not a toy to be used at the discretion of someone in the administration that wanted to take some new pictures for the Obama’s political (ongoing) campaign.
He (BO) said he wasn’t aware of the flight.
Either that’s true, or he is lying.
If he’s lying, there ya go.
If it’s the truth, then his administration is very dangerous.
He and his leaders prey on the ignorant. Yeah he sounds good, but there is no substance, and no substance in the grey matter that exists between the ears of his supporters,…in my opinion.
I have my suspicions about that “secret” flyover and what Washington ISN’T saying (like who in the heck was riding in the jet and who was the pilot), but until more info is affirmed, I’m keeping it to myself… let’s just say, I think this could be the start of the King Obama Meltdown.
