Napolitano’s Brain-to-Mouth Disconnect on Illegal Immigration Stance

DHS Napolitano has brain-to-mouth disconnect on illegal immigration
Nothing has been said from her department, as of late, about potential terrorists existing in the “extremist” conservative community or among our returning military troops. Nothing bizarre lately about Canada or illegal immigration.
So, for this, the flu panic has had an unexpected benefit: muzzling Janet.
Political commentator Michelle Malkin aptly describes our Homeland Security bozo (or would that be “bozo-ette”?):
…Janet Napolitano, the homeland security secretary who can’t get her facts straight about the 9/11 terrorists, pooh-poohed our immigration laws, disseminated a hit job on conservatives and veterans as rightwing extremist threats, and redefined acts of terrorism as “man-caused disasters.”
I’m beginning to see that Napolitano isn’t a full-blown liar like many other politicians, but instead, has a physical disconnect between her brain and her mouth. She thinks one thing, but something else altogether comes out. It’s all a matter of being able to translate her earnest words into what she really thinks and believes.
Turtle at PA Pundits has noticed this brain-to-mouth disconnect, too. Here are some examples on how to decipher Napolitano on illegal immigration (you can read the PA Pundits post for more):
PA Pundits International, Janet Napolitano, Deciphered
CNN Interview, 4-19-09: “And yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se.”
Deciphered: “And yes, when we find poor, down-on-their-luck paperless immigrants who only want a better life, we LOOK THE OTHER WAY because crossing the border is listed as a civil violation in my head. It does not matter that I’m totally ignoring the fact that they are illegal workers, because I’m focusing this statement on the border crossing part as a distraction.”
General Quote: “I have long been a proponent of a guest-worker program between the United States and Mexico, and in particular I have proposed that Arizona would be an ideal location for a pilot project.”
Deciphered: “I have long been a proponent of allowing absolutely anyone to get into Arizona and the country as a whole. I do not care how many Americans are killed by illegal aliens every day, nor do I want to hear American Citizens whining and complaining about unemployment. It’s not that big a deal if half a million Americans lose their jobs every month, nothing can possibly be caused by out of control immigration and government that hates its power base.”
See, Janet? We can figure out what you really mean about non-American citizens crossing our southern borders and coming into our country illegally. Took a while, but we get it now. Thank goodness Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona is on the job…
You should really get that brain-to-mouth disconnect looked into by your family doctor, Janet… could be indicative of something serious.

Cherish diversity, but be reasonable about it. President Obama, to have the most diverse cabinet in world history, has chosen a profoundly mentally disabled (I think the politically correct term is “exceptional” but I ain’t using it) person Napolitano to be Homeland Security Chief. This is causing trouble for the rest of America. Napolitano won’t be content with just staying in her office and fingerpainting. Instead she’s stopped enforcement of anti-immigration laws. She wants to decriminalize crossing the Mexican border illegally. Oh but she wants tighter security on the US-Canada border because all those 9/11 terrorists (she says) crossed from Canada.
Sure Obama looks benevolent for giving this handicapped person a break, but in the meantime the rest of America has to live with the consequences of her foolishness.
