		<description>Doesn&#039;t matter who proposes or supports it at this point.  I had a buddy guest-post over on Finding Ponies who noticed that a lot of the environmental analysis regulations going into place are measuring the impact of emissions requirements already in the books.  I&#039;m also not sure about the transparency regs the Repubs are trying to put in place... they could serve to stifle innovation at the energy companies even as they protect them.  Request to government: please, just be quiet and stay away for a while, it&#039;ll fix itself.</description>
