Famous Obama gaffe from last Memorial Day… Obama was “seeing dead people”:
“On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes–and I see many of them in the audience here today…”
Obama’s Tribute to Veterans on Memorial Day 2008, Las Cruces, New Mexico
Sadly, the honor you request Americans give to our deserving military veterans rings rather hollow, Mr. President. Unfortunate occurrences of dismissing, disrespecting, taking for granted, or maligning our military has happened in your administration a number of times. And you’ve only been in office barely one gardening season.

Remember these unfortunate incidents concerning our active military and retired veterans? The first one listed occurred on Obama’s first day as President of the United States of America.

March 2009: Obama Wants to Save Paltry $540 Million – Charge Wounded Troops for Their Own Medical Treatment
I really want to believe that our president is sincere about his support of our troops and that it isn’t just another feel-good “warm-up campaigning” speech for his 2012 re-election effort.
He or his cabinet have already misstepped a number of times since he took office on January 20, 2009. Today is May 23, a scant four months… not a promising sign.
To our troops and our veterans, thank you for your service, your sacrifices, and your courage. America appreciates all that you have done for our nation.
