The blog Why Mommy Is A Republican just made my weekend. Obama’s Presidential Approval Index (PIA) hit zero on Friday. We all knew this day was coming, but wow, so soon? Especially with the MSM loudly beating its “Obama is great” media-bias drum 24/7?

I’m betting it was the government’s GM takeover and bankruptcy filing that gave Obama’s approval index that shove to zero. Combined with Obama saying that America is “fill in the blank with something negative and apologetic.”

His PIA inched up a bit today (currently at +3), but is a long way from where it was on January 21, where it was at its all-time high of +30, according to the Rasmussen tracking poll.

I knew this day would come. I didn’t think it would come so soon, though. This poll is done by Rasmussen Reports, which was the most accurate in the 2008 election. The Presidential Approval Index is the margin between the number of people who “strongly approve” of the President and those who “strongly disapprove” of him. The twain have now met……..numerically, anyway.
