Letterman Is Scum, NBC Contessa Brewer Meltdown: Angry That John Ziegler Said Positive Things about Sarah Palin

Wow, what a meltdown. John Ziegler was magnificent. Contessa Brewer was a steaming mess of indignation and left-wing fury. And David Letterman is a disgusting lecher, absolute filth.
Which is it, Contessa? It’s okey-dokey and not at all insulting for David Letterman to say that Sarah Palin dresses like a “slutty airline stewardess” and that she shouldn’t be offended that he joked that her 14-year-old daughter Willow, who was with her mother on her New York trip, was “knocked up” by Alex Rodriguez in the middle of the stadium during a Yankees game (that is statutory RAPE, Contessa, you leftist moron), but it’s NOT OK for John Ziegler to poke some fun at NBC’s and your lack of journalistic integrity and obvious media bias?
You haughtily think Palin should “stop having her feelings hurt” and handle all those nasty, perverted jokes against her young daughter and herself, but you and your network can’t be criticized for the attacks you’ve launched against Palin? You’re insulted??? I’m sure you’d royally freak out if you heard any of the Obama jokes I’m collecting…
David Letterman is a piece of despicable garbage. A perverted 62-year-old man laughing about a little girl being forced to have sex with an adult male. You are scum, Dave, total scum.
Making a joke about little Willow being raped by an adult baseball player is just as heinous as the Playboy article last week about power-raping conservative women. When was attacking the children of politicians OK, Dave? When was rape of a 14-year-old CHILD funny? You’re a pervert and have been a bitter, angry, unfunny man for years. Todd and Sarah Palin are justifiably upset about this, and still liberals don’t get it. No outrage at all from liberals… it’s just Dave being Dave! Quit being sensitive!

Contessa, you said it yourself in this video that you have been called slutty and you are just fine with it, but then you became visibly upset and ultimately cut Ziegler’s mic because you were “insulted” by his comment about media’s character assassination of Palin. Strange mood swings there.
You obviously were baiting him to say something nasty about Palin. Ziegler didn’t bite, ha ha.
Thick skin or thin skin? Thin skin if the interviewee doesn’t go the direction you want in maligning Palin? Boo hoo. A pathetic, unprofessional meltdown, Contessa. And what kind of name is “Contessa,” may I ask? Sounds like something you’d name a poodle…

Rush Limbaugh played the audio of John Ziegler’s brilliant “slicing and dicing” of Contessa Brewer several times on his show today, and had this to say about her:
RUSH: Now, here’s a woman who just got through saying it’s no big deal, she’s a public figure, call her a slut, call her slutty, talk about her daughter being knocked up by Alex Rodriguez, no big deal, she’s a public figure and she ends up saying, “I don’t appreciate these insults, I don’t appreciate these insults, these insults of me, I don’t appreciate these insults.” Glittering jewel of colossal ignorance. They all are.
One more thing: Johnny Carson, Steve Allen, Jack Paar, Jay Leno, and Conan O’Brien would never have made such a joke about a woman, let alone a 14-year-old girl. Class acts all of them. Letterman, you’re scum.

Now Palin is exploiting her daugters now. Yes it was bad taste, but he meant Bristol.. When heard the joke It was Bristol he was talking about ,its all sick minded thinking it was Willow. Palin is using her daughters to get more supporters and by injecting that Letterman advocates under age rape. Only the brainless supporters of Palin cann’t see what she is doing. Palin is the one now that is patheic and not going to work for. Anti Palin supporters will not fall this littel stunt she’s playing. If anyone thinks that the Democrates are affraid of her, I say bring it on.
No, I don’t agree. It was Willow Palin who went to the baseball game with Gov. Palin, not Bristol. It was much more than just “bad taste.” I believe Letterman got a lot of heat and now is trying to backpedal out of a bad joke. To say he “meant” to suggest one daughter instead of the other was a whore is no apology. And again, the 14-year-old was at the game… listen to the joke. He never said “Bristol.” He’s trying to dodge a bullet.
And once he made his long drawn-out explanation (yeah, a real tap dance, see video at David Letterman’s Stupid Blame-Dodging Tricks and read the article), but never an apology, then he turned around and made a joke about Bristol being a prostitute. Palin is defending the honor of her children, as any mother should. To say that SHE is the one who is in the wrong in this and is “exploiting” her children is ridiculous. If my children were attacked two days in a row by a worm, would I be compelled to smile and ignore it so as to not to “rock a boat”? I would be going after him far more vehemently than Sarah is. Why do liberals always find some sleazy way to make the constant attacks on her HER fault, just answer me that. She is blameless, her children are blameless, Letterman should be held accountable, but no… liberals like yourself want to whitewash the venom that he and others like him keep dishing out to the Palin family. Do you have children? If so, you should reevaluate your stance. If you don’t, you have NO idea how upsetting this would be to a parent.
And yes, liberals do fear her, because she is one candidate who hasn’t become jaded nor corrupted by politics. She galvanized the GOP, for what it was worth. Why do you think every liberal on God’s green earth keeps attacking her? They need to mock, marginalize, humiliate her so as to keep her “down” – how often are other conservative politicians attacked like this? Can you even name one (beside GW Bush) that Letterman constantly derides and mocks?
I would love to hear anyone make a joke about Biden’s drug addict daughter. Although, that would be a sad thing, since the children of politicians are suppose to be off limits. For liberals, the “off limits” condition only applies to Democrats. Double standard. Typical.
Palin’s kids are a target by Dems, and that’s despicable, no matter what is said about them. The fact that both times Letterman attacked their virtue/honor makes him just as much of a jackass as the writer for Playboy who listed the ten conservative women he thought should be “hate-raped.” Or do you think that’s OK, too, because they’re conservatives? And if a woman complains about this, would you then say they were “playing a stunt”?

You know, I just found that out myself that Letterman had that baby out of wedlock – for some reason, I didn’t know that til yesterday. Here this lecherous man is making fun of this poor girl for months on TV, that Bristol is pregnant out of wedlock (she was only 17 when he started making jokes about her), but his live-in girlfriend has his child out of wedlock. They are now married, FINALLY, but if Bristol is a slut for being pregnant without a husband, what does that make his WIFE prior to him marrying her? Now he’s trying to backpedal that he didn’t mean the 14-year-old daughter was trashy and “knocked up,” he MEANT the 18-year-old daughter. What a piece of hypocritical garbage. Don’t even get me started on all the nasty “jokes” he’s made about Sarah Palin.

Letterman is not even a comedian. In his desperation, he used material that would only be heard in a comedy club. MSNBC is pathetic as well. John Ziegler is one conservative who has balls. Usually conservatives and or Republicans think you can’t attack the leftist. Look at the pathetic excuse for a presidential candidate McCain. He threw a tantrum at a radio host who used Obama’s middle name. McCain should switch parties. Of course, in hindsight McCain should have should have played up Obama’s Muslim background. It is pertinent. Look at how he is behaving towards Muslim nations literally kissing their behinds while treating European nations with disdain. Voters should have known more about Obama being a Muslim, before election day. But McCain, who was the worst candidate imaginable practically conceded the election from the beginning.
That’s a great video clip! I think I find Ms. Brewer’s reaction more interesting than the whole Letterman/Palin issue. She really becomes unglued. If she is so personally insulted by his MSNBC cracks, why doesn’t she challenge him? Not only did she act like an ignorant little baby, it was just a bad interview. Did she wanna talk about Letterman’s comments, Ziegler’s Palin interview or the latest silly Republican poll?
