Good Morning, Socialist Media! Obama Now Officially in Charge of ABC News to Force ObamaCare on Americans… Castro Should Be Proud

Pres. Barack Obama and his administration will be in charge of ABC News starting June 24... their socialist agenda has become an even greater reality in America
This is bad news and quite imminent, gang. The prophetic moment of America echoing Orwell’s 1984, with the government in charge of the public’s airwaves, is upon us.
Do NOT give Obama or the White House minions the “benefit of the doubt” here. This is a definitive step in a socialist dictator’s attempt to reign over a nation: Control the public media and all forms of communication. MSNBC—Jeff Rossen, Andrea Mitchell, Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews, Matt Lauer, Norah O’Donnell, Alex Witt, Contessa Brewer, et al—have been in Obama’s empty-suit hip pocket for ages, but now, ABC will OFFICIALLY be the “Voice of Dear Leader Obama.” Of course, ABC is denying it will be the puppet voice of just POTUS and the Democrat party, they’ll be fair and balanced and civil… of course they will. We’ve seen their bang-up great job of being fair and balanced and civil over the years… worked like a charm for George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, and Sarah Palin, right?
Next step, Obama’s Internet czar will start imposing his will and censorship on the Internet. Look at what China is already doing and what Iran is attempting to do this week with blocking or strong-arming Iranian dissenters using Twitter and the Internet to communicate with the nation’s people, thus circumventing the government’s propaganda machine… America is not far behind with its own government censorship, looking at the rate this administration has been racing at break-neck speed with new czars, tax proposals, corporation takeovers, and having most TV news shows loyal members of the “Obama Can Do No Wrong Fan Club.”
Contact ABC immediately… boycott, denounce, protest, whatever is necessary… this is an atrocity. The slippery socialist slope in America just got more slippery. Fidel Castro is grinning his decrepit, dictator face off on this, just ask any Cuban who has escaped the tortuous decades of Cuba TV’s “World According to Castro” one-sided propaganda. GOP representation to present the opposing side has been denied. American freedoms are being stolen, lost hand over fist… be afraid, America, be very afraid. And take action before it’s too late.
ABC TURNS PROGRAMMING OVER TO OBAMA; NEWS TO BE ANCHORED FROM INSIDE WHITE HOUSE

Highlights on the agenda:
ABCNEWS anchor Charlie Gibson will deliver WORLD NEWS from the Blue Room of the White House.
The network plans a primetime special — ‘Prescription for America’ — originating from the East Room, exclude opposing voices on the debate.
The Director of Communications at the White House Office of Health Reform is Linda Douglass, who worked as a reporter for ABC News from 1998-2006.
Late Monday night, Republican National Committee Chief of Staff Ken McKay fired off a complaint to the head of ABCNEWS:
Dear Mr. Westin:
As the national debate on health care reform intensifies, I am deeply concerned and disappointed with ABC’s astonishing decision to exclude opposing voices on this critical issue on June 24, 2009. Next Wednesday, ABC News will air a primetime health care reform “town hall” at the White House with President Barack Obama. In addition, according to an ABC News report, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, WORLD NEWS, NIGHTLINE and ABC’s web news “will all feature special programming on the president’s health care agenda.” This does not include the promotion, over the next 9 days, the president’s health care agenda will receive on ABC News programming.
Today, the Republican National Committee requested an opportunity to add our Party’s views to those of the President’s to ensure that all sides of the health care reform debate are presented. Our request was rejected. I believe that the President should have the ability to speak directly to the America people. However, I find it outrageous that ABC would prohibit our Party’s opposing thoughts and ideas from this national debate, which affects millions of ABC viewers.
In the absence of opposition, I am concerned this event will become a glorified infomercial to promote the Democrat agenda. If that is the case, this primetime infomercial should be paid for out of the DNC coffers. President Obama does not hold a monopoly on health care reform ideas or on free airtime. The President has stated time and time again that he wants a bipartisan debate. Therefore, the Republican Party should be included in this primetime event, or the DNC should pay for your airtime.

Chief of StaffABCNEWS Senior Vice President Kerry Smith on Tuesday responded to the RNC complaint, saying it contained ‘false premises’:
“ABCNEWS prides itself on covering all sides of important issues and asking direct questions of all newsmakers — of all political persuasions — even when others have taken a more partisan approach and even in the face of criticism from extremes on both ends of the political spectrum. ABCNEWS is looking for the most thoughtful and diverse voices on this issue.
“ABCNEWS alone will select those who will be in the audience asking questions of the president. Like any programs we broadcast, ABC News will have complete editorial control. To suggest otherwise is quite unfair to both our journalists and our audience.”

ABC News Teams Up With Obama White House to Present President’s Health Care Plan
ABC News will host an hour-long special on health care reform in the U.S. next Wednesday from the White House East Room — a move that ABC is defending but critics are calling a surrender to the Obama administration’s effort to control the debate.
The prime time special — called “Questions for the President: Prescription for America” by ABC News — will be a nationally televised event during which President Obama will answer questions presented by audience members selected by ABC News.
Participants will present a broad range of “divergent opinions in this historic debate,” according to the press release announcing the event. Viewers will also be able to submit questions via ABCNews.com.
But critics of Obama’s health care reform are asking that they be allowed to voice their side of the national debate.

ABC News Senior Vice President Kerry Smith returned volley to McKay in her own letter released Tuesday. She said any viewer who watches will be sure to find the network’s coverage is “informative, fair and civil.”
“Like any programs we broadcast, ABC News will have complete editorial control. To suggest otherwise is quite unfair to both our journalists and our audience,” Smith wrote.
Rich Noyes, research director at the Media Research Center, said the amount of time being dedicated exclusively to Obama’s platform presents a problem for those claiming fairness.
“Will the opponents of President Obama’s health care plan get an equal shot at the debate on the airwaves? This is an awful lot of time that ABC is giving over to one side of the debate,” Noyes said. “This is an issue of such importance, the public really requires a balanced debate.”
The Internet is being to heat up with some conservative bloggers calling for people to boycott advertisers on ABC. One blogger wrote that “all Americans who are opposed to a major media arm becoming a visible branch of the presidential political machine” should use the marketplace to voice their objection.
