Beer Won’t Solve It: Obama’s Lack of Leadership & Mistakes in Not Apologizing for His Controversial Gates Comments (video)

The proposed photo op at the White House with Pres. Obama, Prof. Gates, and Sgt. Crowley “having a beer” is likely going to be manipulative and pandering, hoping to put out the firestorm that is still raging in America against POTUS and his controversial remarks made last week. But the WH beer fest won’t resolve the real issues nor Obama’s shortcomings as a strong leader. A contrived beer session “with the guys” at the White House won’t even begin to resolve anything of that magnitude… just ask any bartender.
Good grief. All Obama had to say was that he was sorry for thrusting himself into something that he should not have and for speaking outrageously about racial profiling when he had NO information to support such an inflammatory statement. He winged it, screwed up, and won’t admit that he was a stupid buffoon for what he did. If he were to do that, and to apologize, then, we could move forward and away from this ridiculous news story. I honestly believe the policemen at the scene handled the situation as best they could when they were inexplicably confronted by the raging, irrational, race-baiting Harvard professor. I read over the weekend that the professor is toying with the idea of suing the arresting officers and/or the entire police department. Yes, we’re moving on, aren’t we?
But like liberal, conservative-bashing entertainer David Letterman, who took a full week to finally offer a genuine apology (his first smug “apology” a few days earlier was NOT an apology and his second one was in response to growing outcry and sponsors canceling their ads) for his perverted joke about Sarah Palin’s young daughter, our liberal president can’t bring himself to think he could EVER POSSIBLY be wrong. So, he won’t apologize because, well, he’s blameless. He’s perfect. He’s The One. He believes it’s everyone else’s fault that he stupidly misspoke and maligned the Cambridge police department on national television.
In fact, when not being guided by his trusty teleprompter, he’s a bumbling, gibberish-spewing motor mouth who doesn’t know when to shut up.
Rather than improve race or class relations, being that mythical “race healer” wife Michelle Obama has claimed that he is, BHO has made things far, far worse. His “teachable moment” press conference was not an apology, but more finger pointing. In fact, it was even more narcissistic in that he ignored his massive contribution to the growing controversy, placing himself far above the “pettiness” of everyone else… much like a benevolent, omnipresent father, sighing over the naiveté of his children.

I’m sick and tired of being blamed, week in and week out, for all that is wrong in America by this scolding jerk. I’m sick of being talked down to by BHO, sick of being told I’ve not sacrificed enough, sick of being lied to, sick of being patronized because I’m told I’m too stupid to make my own decisions. The blind arrogance of this president, as well as his colossal mistakes on the economy, health care, global warming taxes, bailouts, corporation takeovers, and other government waste projects are eroding his approval numbers very quickly.
