Michigan Democrat Leader John Conyers: “Why Bother Reading the Health Care Bill?”

Insanity and audacity…
Democrats, particularly Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, are ridiculously out of touch with reality and Americans’ legitimate concerns about Obama’s trillion-dollar government-run, socialized health care package.
Rep. Conyers addressed a group (video below), saying he believes, while chuckling, that there is no point in reading the gargantuan, 1,000-page-plus health care bill. What?
Mr. Conyers, is my “dummy” sign crooked or something? Does it look like Americans are gullible enough to follow your lead on not reading something in advance of approving it? Who in the heck signs something they’ve not read? Is this the attentive public servant role you pledged to uphold when voted into office? Makes me wonder what other legislation you’ve voted on that you never bothered to read… Michigan voters should also be wondering—and demanding some accountability.
The corruption conviction against his wife Monica and the pending investigation against him speaks volumes as to where his motivations are. Conyers is a self-serving fraud and should be removed from office.
Call or email your senators, keep up the pressure. Tell them, firmly but politely, to vote “no” on this runaway train of atrocity. The ObamaCare package is a nightmare for Americans, especially senior citizens.

That clip is the next election ad for whoever runs against him. What an ass. Furthermore he should be investigated by the Senate. How can he possibly not known that his wife was bringing home thousands and thousands of dollars in bribes?
