He was arrested because he was disturbing the peace of the neighborhood and cops are "peace keepers" first and foremost. No race factor whatsoever other than what was the catalyst for the arrestee to become volatile. If I might say, I've been a cop for four decades and cops have moved so far beyond the race issue that it really doesn't even apply any more. We're waiting for the rest of America to catch up.
