Going to Sean Hannity’s Freedom Concert in a Few Hours… Billy Ray Cyrus Sings “Some Gave All”

I’m totally jazzed about going to the Freedom Concert in Glendale, Arizona with my son in a few hours. Conservative talk show host Sean Hannity is hosting, and speakers and performers include author and outspoken talk show host Mark Levin, Col. Oliver North, Lee Greenwood, Michael K. Smith, Billy Ray Cyrus, Charlie Daniels Band, and others. To listen to Levin and Col. North speak will definitely be a highlight for me.
This has been proclaimed an enormously patriotic, I-love-America event unlike any other. All proceeds go the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund… this fund gives scholarships to the children of veterans who were killed or permanently disabled while serving in active duty military. Such a worthy cause.
I’m not a huge country music fan (Beatles, Billy Joel, and The Who rule!), but I think this is going to be a truly great time. Son and I are leaving early so as to hang out and have friendly “hey, how are ya” conversations with other patriotic folks. After a hell week like this has been with our government, it will be so refreshing to be away from the White House left-wing garbage and rubbing elbows with upbeat, patriotic Americans.

If you’re also attending this Freedom Concert, I’ll be one of the hundreds of average-looking, mom-type women with blonde hair and glasses with a cute, tall, blonde, athletic teenage boy next to me. Be sure to say hi!
Here’s some footage from the Freedom Concert earlier this past week in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas (pretty good quality, considering the footage was shot with a cell phone by a Texas attendee). Billy Ray Cyrus sings “Some Gave All” with emotional video clips of our courageous troops. Inspirational, to say the least.
