Manufactured Racial Tension: MS-NBC & Contessa Brewer, Vile Race Baiters and News Liars

MS-NBC, guilty of manipulative, false reporting and race-baiting. Contessa Brewer, you’re a disgrace for such deceitful, dangerous reporting.

In the first video below is MS-NBC’s carefully filmed footage that is designed to appear that a white man was demonstrating hate tactics against the president while carrying several unconcealed guns (legally) at an ObamaCare protest rally in Phoenix. The man in question, however, was black and a non-supporter of Obama, lawfully exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. But MS-NBC’s viewers didn’t know that.
After the footage aired, Contessa and the other talking heads went into a left-wing indignant rant against racial tension and “whites hating blacks”… it’s naive to think perhaps she and/or they were not aware of the truth, that this was never a story of racial tension.
No way.
The other clowns at MS-NBC sure worked hard to make it appear to be.
Brazen attempt at deception. Amazing that they thought they could get away with it… if I weren’t so disgusted, I’d be in awe of their hubris.
Watch this first video carefully: at no time is the man’s face or hands shown. MS-NBC does not interview him. The camera is aimed just at waist-level in the clipped-and-trimmed aired footage and only whites are seen in the background in other shots. Shame, shame, shame.

The man, who would not reveal his name, appeared at a health care rally outside of President Obama’s speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Phoenix, Arizona this past week.

Never will you see a starker example of MSNBC getting away with the sort of deception for which Fox News would be pilloried, especially in the context of race. If you missed Monday’s post about this, go watch the footage… and see if you can deduce why they wouldn’t want to show the guy with the rifle from the neck up during this particular segment. For all the well-deserved heat that MSNBC’s primetime line-up has taken for its demagoguery — Maddow has been notably egregious during the health-care blowup — this proves that they’re not above pulling this crap during their daytime “hard news” segments either.
There was a time in journalism that this kind of manufactured, false reporting would be punishable by firing, or at least a harsh suspension. Those were the days when MSM journalism actually REPORTED the news, rather than make up the news.
Kids, remember what Mom and Dad told you. It’s always wrong to lie, even if you DO work for the worst news station on television.

An MSNBC spokesperson responded to POLITICO: “Contessa was speaking generally and not about that specific person with the automatic weapon.”
UPDATE: Bill Wilson, president of Americans for Limited Government, is now calling on MSNBC to fire those involved with the broadcast.

The dude’s AR-15 is NOT an “automatic” weapon. It merely LOOKS like one. It is a civilian low-pressure base-model .223 cal. “semi” that is, in fact, no match for a real automatic assault weapon. Damn… you’d think he was carrying a Squad Auto and a box of links.
Look, NBC has a long sordid “hystery” of gun ignorance and outright lies when it comes to weapons.
