Obama's Presidential Approval Index still in negative double digits at minus 11 - August 31, 2009

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 30% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -11…
Twenty-nine percent (29%) are confident that Congress knows what it’s doing when it comes to the economy. If Americans could vote to keep or replace the entire Congress, 57% would throw out all the legislators and start over again. Just 25% would vote to keep the Congress.
The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern.
It’s kinda pitiful… and indicative of how a majority of Americans negatively view POTUS, Congress, and the administration’s power-grabbing agenda.
Is anyone paying attention in the White House? Because Americans ARE paying attention. Paying attention to Obama’s socialized health care debacle, his Internet take-over, his attempts at silencing freedom of speech, the Waxman-Markey global warming taxation, escalating unemployment, his increasing number of non-vetted, questionable czars.
And more and more Americans are rising up to proclaim, “No! We don’t want this!”

Anyone about to blame Bush for this mess? Sorry, this is ALL Obama’s fault. Maybe he’ll own up to it sometime soon, realize that America does not want to be a government-run, socialist nation, realize that his “hope and change” plan is bombing… yeah, right.
