Times are tough financially for everyone. So, what better way for a scamming con artist like Kelli Filkins to make money from home than by using eBay to scam people of their money with deliberately misleading semantics and shady auction tactics?
Just don’t let TV courtroom arbitrator Judge Judy know… oops, too late. BUSTED!

eBay Scammer on TV Show “Judge Judy”
I don’t usually write about entertainment or Hollywood celebrities, but for those occasions that I do, it’s because something about that story has especially touched, torqued, or amused me.

You do realize this was an old Judge Judy show. Not many sellers are this stupid or can get away with this kind of action especially since payment had to be thru Paypal and this is something Paypal would never condone. This show is actually from early 2007.
It’s still amusing (to me, obviously not to you) and a fun bit of outrageous viewing for a holiday weekend Saturday diversion. Like I said in the post, it’s poetic justice. People are scammed every day by sleazoid thieves in so many different ways, not just with online auctions, and so few are caught red-handed like this idiot woman was. For those who have ever been scammed, this video is positively delicious (and yes, I’ve been scammed a few times in my life), giving us all hope that sometimes the bad guys don’t get away with something.
I still love the judge’s outrage, even if this was two years ago (which really isn’t that “old”). So what if it was from two years ago? It would still crack me up if it were 10 years ago.
Oh, I’m not saying it isn’t funny. I’ve seen it several times before. I’m simply saying that as an 11 year Ebay seller this type of scam is almost impossible to pull off now because of payment being handled by Paypal. Seller’s don’t win in most situations these days….even when they are right they can lose their money and their item. Like yourself, as a buyer I’ve been scammed more than once
I love Judge Judy. she entertains all the time, and yeah I watch this show religiously so this episode is old but besides music and celebrity gossip judge judy is at the top of my list….I loooove her
