The Maryland Attorney General has made noise about prosecuting the intrepid journalists who undercovered the misdeeds of ACORN employees. Perhaps he should focus instead on how ACORN was able to operate without a license in his state.

Helping to promote sex slavery of underaged girls from El Salvador, giving tax fraud and tax evasion advice, and planning to use federal money to do so is just not a big deal to left-winger Baltimore City State’s Attorney Patricia Jessamy. Instead, maligning and prosecuting the young filmmaker who exposed ACORN’s corruption is Jessamy’s priority.
Outrageous, disgraceful, and despicable… but I’m not surprised. Baltimore folks, are you paying attention to this warped mentality?

ACORN, the group that helped launch Barack Obama’s career as a community organizer was recently caught in undercover stings advising about how to set up a brothel that would bring “minor girls into the country for purposes of prostitution,” reports the Washington Post. (ACORN receives taxpayer money despite a long history of financial fraud and vote fraud).
Now, Patricia Coats Jessamy, the Baltimore City State’s Attorney, is trying to silence those who have broadcast the video footage, relying on a Maryland law that violates the First Amendment. She is not interested in prosecuting the crimes recorded on the video. Instead, Jessamy, an ardent Obama supporter, wants to prosecute the makers of the undercover video — and those citizens, bloggers, and journalists who broadcast it or “use” or “disclose its content.”
Guess I’ll be one of those people Jessamy wants prosecuted… as well as the thousands of people who have downloaded the damning videos from YouTube. Good luck with that, Jessamy, you statist twit.

He was pummeled into a coma by a gang of teenage thugs and later died of his massive injuries. Three of the four remorseless attackers were allowed to plea bargain down to eight years each in jail.

Two videos, so far, have surfaced of enterprising REAL journalists going undercover to expose the criminal enterprise known as ACORN. For what else BUT a criminal enterprise would not only sanction, but ASSIST in a prostitute setting up a brothel using underage girls smuggled into the country for that purpose?
The first video shown was from the Baltimore ACORN office. And now the “wheels of justice” are starting to move in Maryland!! Yup, the Maryland State Prosecutor for the City of Balitmore, Patricia Jessamy, has indicated she WILL seek prosecution!!
She is going to seek prosecutions against the people who made the video!!!

Hot on the heels of the ouster of Van Jones, avowed Truther and Communist, we have the inspiring story of a twenty five year old young man knee-capping mighty ACORN, so beloved of Dear Leader, and indeed one of his first employers. I first alluded to the story yesterday, but so much more has surfaced, that it now warrants its own post.
It all began when a video was released on the new website from Andrew Breitbart, called Big Government. Highly recommended, by the way. In the video, we saw the aforementioned young man, James O’Keefe and twenty year old Hannah Giles posing as would- be brothel owners seeking advice from the Baltimore ACORN housing office. They brazenly admitted that their intent was to import under aged girls from San Salvador, with whom they were going to staff their new enterprise. True to form the helpful staff bent over backwards with advice on how to falsify IRS documents and claim non-existent dependents in order to game the system. Business as usual for Barry and his organizing chums…
Then the head office of ACORN began loudly harrumphing about how this was an aberration, and they would investigate internally (of course) and it would never happen again. Except, it happened again the very next day when the pair revealed a video tape taken at the DC office, with largely the same advice being offered. Oops!…
I am sure they will provide the police reports from those incidents, right? Just to recap: telling the truth about being given advice on how to open an illegal brothel, employing underage prostitutes, is a racist smear, even when true, and is “designed to misinform”? Surely, to a sane person, the exact opposite is true? To a sane person, yes. Are they really arguing that because five offices declined to help, an as yet unsubstantiated claim, the fact that the other two bent over backwards is of no consequence?

ACORN, a liberal activist group that receives millions in federal funding, was punk’d by a couple of young conservative activists posing as a prostitute and her pimp. The two pretended that they were trying to set up a brothel and needed legal and tax advice. The ACORN folks not only provided it, but didn’t flinch when the pranksters said they intended to bring in 13 girls “about 15″ years old from El Salvador. ACORN employee: “You know what? You can always claim them as dependents.”
She adds later: “If they’re making money and they’re underage, you shouldn’t be letting nobody know anyway.”

This story is pretty unbelievable too. What’s wrong with these people that they want to deny what they see and hear? This attorney is a joke. Eventually this is all gonna come back and bite the left big time… it’s just a matter of time.

I agree totally about the leftist Jessamy – you’re right that this may bite her in the tush. I’m just about to post the O’Keefe’s NYC videos… the ACORN story that just KEEPS ON GIVING.
These two young people are the example of what we need to be as Americans.
Their bravery, and expertise should be commended by all Americans that want their country back.
This is an example of what it is going to take to bring this debacle down.
Now, the left will threaten you, take you to court, malign your families, and expose themselves as the Chicago thugs they are.

Can’t they charge this group under the RICO act? It would seem to me that ACORN is a textbook case for that.
