Film director and child rapist Roman Polanski

Frankly, I don’t know why Hollywood is so up in arms about the arrest of child rapist and criminal fugitive Roman Polanski.

In a nutshell: The wealthy film director, at age 43 (or 44, sources aren’t clear), drugged, raped, and sodomized a 13-year-old girl. He was found guilty, got the charges lowered, inexplicably ran off to Europe to hide for three decades, got caught last week. End of story. Guilty as sin.

I know, I know… it’s more complicated than that.

But it isn’t.

Unless you’re millionaire dingbat Whoopi Goldberg, who has her own special, warped understanding of law, of justice, and what is “rape” and what is “rape-rape”… plus a broken moral compass. And all the other wacko Hollywood celebrity-high-school dropouts who have wanted Rep. Joe Wilson to SUFFER-SUFFER-SUFFER for his “You lie!” outburst, want Sarah Palin to be gang-raped by street thugs or driven into bankruptcy, but it’s all giggles and high tea and crumpets for a famous, aging pedophile.

Sick. It’s a twisted double standard that makes no sense whatsoever.

I’d rather these insufferable, depraved Hollywood bubble heads, who claim to be for women’s rights and children’s rights, would pick more sane priorities, be more of the following once in a while:

• Be a tiny bit outraged about ACORN assisting in channeling taxpayers’ money to help fund an illegal brothel, using 13-year-old girls smuggled here from El Salvadore. To have illegal, forced sex with OLDER MEN like Roman Polanski (except, it wouldn’t actually BE with Roman, since he’s in the slammer now).
• Be a tiny bit outraged that a decent teen boy on his way home from school in Chicago was beaten to death by thugs in broad daylight.
• Be a tiny bit outraged that a young woman who spoke honestly and sensitively about her feelings about gay marriage has been viciously attacked and vilified by Hollywood hypocrites for MONTHS.

More compassion here has exuded from Whoopi and the other liberal drones on The View for a RAPIST CHILD MOLESTER than for underage prostitutes, murdered black honor student Derrion Albert, and Christian beauty pageant contestant Carrie Prejean. Hypocrites… their compassion is only reserved for depraved Hollywood has-beens or “old Hollywood royalty” and any cause that reeks of welfare entitlement for poor Democrats. While the child prostitutes were fictionalized, ACORN workers didn’t know that, were willing to help with the human trafficking of young girls into deplorable sex bondage. But Hollywood goes bonkers over the arrest of a guilty sex pervert?

Only in Tinseltown can a dirty-old-man monster like Roman Polanski rally the passions and ire of vapid celebrities, demanding that he be excused from his criminal, despicable past because he directed a few cool movies back in the day.

Polanski’s no misunderstood folk hero. He’s a child molester… no way to know what he’s been doing for the past 30 years with French teenagers. But once a child molester/pedophile/rapist… you know the rest.

Stop spending so much energy and emotion on this loathsome toad. It’s disgusting. Give some energy and compassion to the women and children you claim you want to help. They truly need it and deserve it more than a wealthy pedophile.

Polanski once said in reference to his films and likely his view on life, “You have to show violence the way it is. If you don’t show it realistically, then that’s immoral and harmful. If you don’t upset people, then that’s obscenity.”

And THIS is the guy that Martin Scorsese, Terry Gilliam, Buck Henry, Giuseppe Bertolucci, Isabelle Adjani, Mike Nichols, David Lynch, Woody Allen and other Hollywood/European big-shot filmmakers want to caress and coddle like a lost little puppy? Make me gag…
