President John Adams was unsuccessful in passing the Sedition Act which would prohibit the citizens of the US from speaking against government policies, or decisions. One of the first attacks on the 1st Amendment. And it continues to this day. Jefferson fixed it, but we still battle the elites for our freedom of speech. When the administration has most of the media in it's pocket, and has policies to totally restrict the rest, and posing fines if they don't comply, there needs to be a re-education of the American People as per the 1st Amendment Rights the Constitution guarantees US. If they want to walk all over our Constitution, they're going to have to come through US !!! God Bless America !!! IMO, the 1st Amendment is under attack again.
