This is a continuation of my previous posts about the ObamaCare Protest at the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. The pages were getting pretty cumbersome, so I brought over the Mark Levin video, and will continue from that point on.
How inspirational this event has been! I’m moved by so many patriots who traveled so far to attend the DC rally. Bless you all!

Update, 7:12 ET… just found this on YouTube; it appears to be a cell phone video recording from the telecast. A bit wobbly, but I’ve been dying to see this, so I don’t give a rat’s patootie if it’s a bit shaky. Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Mark Levin – Capital Hill Health Care Speech | November 5, 2009
These notes were on my earlier post, but they (not the first, but the second paragraph here) are so shocking and deplorable, I’m reposting them so that everyone sees them at least once.
UPDATE: On Mark Levin Show with Rep. Bachmann, about 6:30 ET: Attendance could easily be as high as 20,000… people were packed from the Capitol building to Grant’s statue (means nothing to me, I’m afraid, since I’ve not ever been in DC). The Pelosi mandate to vote on Saturday is unraveling…
UPDATE: We’re hearing that Nancy Pelosi HAD A PRIEST ARRESTED who tried to speak to her in the Capitol… Rep. Barney Frank and other elected Democrats refused to see people or were rude to people or threatened them with arrest. Americans who sacrificed so much to be in DC. These were not professional protesters, these are REAL PEOPLE who are being treated like this. People who want answers, want their elected representatives to listen to them. People who are fighting for their liberty by exercising their First Amendment rights.
SHAMEFUL! I can’t wait to start searching on YouTube tonight… people were asked to bring their cell phones so that they could video document their experiences.
Queen Pelosi arresting a priest… hope it isn’t an urban legend. More on this as I find it. If it proves to be a myth, I’ll post that (begrudgingly) as well.

I had a call from a friend of mine who made the trip to DC (from Missouri) and she said while the event is an hour away there are people streaming in and numbers are somewhere in the 5-10K range. They were chanting “Kill the Bill”. She said Congressmen are taking meetings and the opponents of the bill are video taping the meetings for proof. She said she hasn’t seen Bachman or Mark Levine yet but supposedly they are nearby. The fight is on. Hopefully Earl will change his tune.

Protesters Arrested at Lieberman’s Office
The protest Joe-mentum is on the rise this morning. All eyes are on Michele Bachmann’s “congressional house call” today, but so far the people getting arrested are those from the left who seek public trough immersion therapy:
8 Protesters backing a universal health care system briefly occupied Sen. Joe Lieberman’s office this morning.
Protesters were arrested, one by one, and dragged out of his office amid chants of “Everyone in and noone out, universal healthcare now!” and “Represent Connecticut, not AETNA!”
On Tuesday in California, a dozen pro-Obamacare moonbats were arrested after refusing to leave Nancy Pelosi’s office. They do realize she’s on their side, don’t they? Next time pretend to be cosmetic surgeons, guys, and you’ll be invited to stay for dinner.
Will those who show up for Bachmann’s “house call” today be arrested for being in the public offices of Congress? Probably not — Queen Pelosi doesn’t allow the public to enter public spaces if she doesn’t like what they’re going to say.

Don’t have much time this morning to comment further, but note the irony that today the jobless rate hit a 25-year high at 10.2%, and tomorrow night Democrats in the House of Representatives are planning to push through a health care restructuring bill that is guaranteed to kill more jobs. The Democrats refuse to wait until Monday for a vote and insist on a special session Saturday night.
Makes sense, at least when Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama are running the show. Harry Reid comes across as the voice of reason, by slowing things down a tad in the Senate. That says it all.
Oh, and AMA and AARP – you people have no idea of the damage you are doing by supporting this last minute rush towards madness. Or maybe you do, but you don’t care.

Obama and The Donkeys is perhaps the worst band ever. Never have so many been so tone deaf. Lead singer Nancy Pelosi is pushing them over the edge, refusing to listen to her audience from poll after poll stating that they do not like her 1,900+ piece. Nor does she listen to any of the protests. On Thursday, there were 10,000 strong, mostly ignored by the media, saying “hell no!” But, she will press ahead with the craptacular concert on Saturday, perhaps Sunday, anyhow.
