Madness… blithering, delusional madness.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has willfully ignored the polls, ignored the CBO, ignored the thousands of phone calls, faxes, and emails from Americans, and most recently, ignored the 10,000 American patriots who rallied at the Capitol building yesterday.
The woman is madder than a loon… come heck or high water, she is bullying, shoving, and pushing to have her 2,000-page PelosiCare monstrosity voted on this Saturday… TOMORROW. On top of all the madness and power lust, Pelosi is breaking the promise to post the bill online for 72 hours prior to any vote so that the American people can review it.

It’s one thing to be serene under fire, it’s another to be delusional.
More than a few Democrats in Congress are perplexed and worried that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is insisting on ramming through a 1,900-page health care bill on Saturday, just days after her party took heavy losses in Tuesday’s elections. “It reminds me of Major Nicholson, the obsessed British major in the film ‘Bridge on the River Kwai,’” one Democrat told me. “She is fixated on finishing her health care bridge even as she’s lost sight of where it’s going and what damage it could cause to her own troops.”
Indeed, the Speaker’s take on Tuesday’s off-year elections struck some of her own members as delusive “happy talk.” “From our perspective, we won last night,” a cheerful Ms. Pelosi told reporters, citing her party’s pick-up of a single House seat in a New York special election and retention of another strongly Democratic seat in California.
That’s not how many of her own troops see it. Democratic Rep. Parker Griffith of Alabama told Politico.com that members are “very, very sensitive” to the fact that the agenda being pushed by party leaders has “the potential to cost some of our front-line members their seats”
On health care, added New Jersey Democrat Bill Pascrell: “People who had weak knees before are going to have weaker knees now.”
Ms. Pelosi, however, apparently thinks the moment is ripe to use sheer political muscle to pass legislation reordering one sixth of the economy, with zero Republican support. The right mixture of “incentives” and Rahm Emanuel-style pressure, she believes, will bring enough Democrats to heel to vote for the bill.
The obsession Speaker Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid have with passing health care strikes some Democratic moderates as a completely misplaced priority. Polls show that fewer than a fifth of Americans rank health care reform as the most important issue. Their biggest concern right now is jobs. Only 29% of voters in the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll believe the economy “has hit the bottom.”

Lost among all the hoopla about bribes, abortion funding, and the costs, is the unknown measure of how this will exactly work. No one really knows. The Democrats sure aren’t saying, beyond the typical talking point that it will lower costs and we need health care reform. How. I have been asking “how” for 5 months, at least. I have called my local Congress Critter’s office (Brad Miller, D-NC-13) dozens of times, and Senator Kay Hagan’s office at least 6 times, and no one can actually give me real details. Nor can they explain how my taxes will not sky-rocket.
…Queen Nancy has broken her pledge to put the final bill on-line for all to view at least 72 hours ahead of a vote.
Insanity? Hubris? Mad, evil obsession? Whatever it is, Queen Nancy must be stopped before it’s too late. She must be removed from her position of runaway power. Call Congress and keep calling!

Pelosi’s delusional efforts in this drive for the “prize”, is eerily reminiscent of Hitler’s egotistical, stubborn denial of any advice from his generals in WW2.
I just finished a book that exemplifies the fact that Hitler lost that war due to his arrogance and the dismissal of almost all outside information as “fluff”.
Hitler was obviously delusional, and twisted in his stubborn attempts to defeat an enemy that could not be defeated given the circumstances, and the overwhelming resources that he was up against.
Yet he did not give in.
Pelosi, Reid, and Obama have given this Country a gift, AWARENESS !
The conservative tiger is alive and well.
Any attempted capitulation by the liberals toward the conservatives at this point is a wasted effort on their part.

The German hierarchy collapsed from within due to egos, arrogance, and the inability to accept advice from “outsiders” who saw what was coming and could not obtain an audience with the Fuhrer.
The book was written by Galland, a German fighter ace during ww2, and privy to Hitler’s inner circle of advisers.
