Red Flags Ignored: Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, SOA… Nidal Hasan’s Muslim Extremist Business Card Reveals His Loyalties

Major Nidal Hasan’s business card above, with Muslim extremist acronyms printed on it, makes his Muslim extremist affiliations and intentions crystal clear. Left-wingers Chris Matthews and Geraldo Rivera may want to close their eyes to the reality of this America-hating jihadi, try to paint him not as a terrorist murderer with al Qaeda ties, but as a sorrowful, pitiable victim of childish taunts who didn’t want to be in the military, but the evidence of the opposite is right in front of our eyes.

Here is some of the information about the acronyms on Hasan’s business card, dug up by Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs: Major Muslim’s Calling Card: “SoA”, “Soldier of Allah”:

Could this lowlife jihadi be any more devout? He mosqued every day. Hated America, hated the troops, proselytized his co-workers, planned his jihad and completed his mission. His head was shaved. What else was shaved? If his body was shaved like his head, then the military guys and law enforcement know and have known that this was jihad, and they are scamming us now.

Now look at the card. Notice the SoA on the card? Soldiers of Allah. Followed by SWT, an abbreviation that usually follows the word Allah. (hat tip Robert)

When writing the name of God (Allah), Muslims often follow it with the abbreviation “SWT.” These letters stand for the Arabic words “Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala,” or “Glory to Him, the Exalted.” Muslims use these or similar words to glorify God when mentioning His name.

Also Known As: Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala
Alternate Spellings: subhana wa ta’ala; subhanna wa ta’ala
Examples:

Muslims believe that Allah SWT created the universe.

Mosque: Dar Al-Hijrah

The suspected Fort Hood terrorist’s former mosque in Maryland is controlled by the radical Muslim Brotherhood, a Saudi-funded worldwide jihadist movement which controls many of the mosques in America.

Also exposed by Geller, Muslims of a Feather, Jihad Together: Major Muslim Fort Hood Terrorist Linked to 911 Terrorists:

Major Nidal Malik Hasan worshipped at a mosque led by a radical imam said to be a “spiritual adviser” to three of the hijackers who attacked America on Sept 11, 2001.

Go to the Atlas Shrugs site for the full stories on both. Outstanding research, Pamela, kudos!

More information has been revealed about Hasan’s extremist background.

From Pundit & Pundette: Intelligence agencies knew Hasan was a traitor:

U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News.

From World Net Daily: Report: Suspect pushed Islam on patients:

The Muslim Army psychiatrist who allegedly opened fire on fellow soldiers at Fort Hood and killed 13 aggressively pushed Islam on his patients to the point he was disciplined over the issue, according to a report today. …A source told National Public Radio’s Joseph Shapiro that Hasan was given a period of probation early in his postgraduate work for proselytizing Islam with coworkers and soldiers he was treating.

[...]

The Associated Press has said authorities actually started looking into Hasan’s activities several months ago after Internet postings about suicide bombings were linked to him.

Robert Spencer at JihadWatch.org says the evidence points to a clear link between Hasan’s Muslim faith and the massacre.

“CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations) has been working overtime … and the ‘Muslims fear backlash’ victimhood machine is in high gear. No one, of course, is questioning whether there might be any connection between this man’s devoutly held Islam and the massacre today. After all, how could there be any such connection? ‘Islam is a Religion of Peace,’” he wrote.

Spencer noted officials are saying, as NPR reported, “the motive behind the shootings was not immediately clear.”

“Nothing can be made clear to those who do not wish to see,” Spencer writes

A participant in a forum at JihadWatch charged the “Pentagon, the American military, the Army, those who run Fort Hood, are guilty, in their refusal to recognize the effect of Islam on the minds of men, in their willful ignorance of what is contained in Quran, Hadith, and Sira.”

The contributor said everyone in authority “in the Western world who presumes to protect and defend ‘the people,’ has a duty to learn about Islam. … Nothing but immediate, and detailed knowledge, of the texts and the tenets and the attitudes and the atmospherics of Islam, will do.”

From New York Times, U.S. Knew of Suspect’s Tie to Radical Cleric:

WASHINGTON — Intelligence agencies intercepted communications last year and this year between the military psychiatrist accused of shooting to death 13 people at Fort Hood, Tex., and a radical cleric in Yemen known for his incendiary anti-American teachings.

But the federal authorities dropped an inquiry into the matter after deciding that the messages from the psychiatrist, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, did not suggest any threat of violence and concluding that no further action was warranted, government officials said Monday.

Major Hasan’s 10 to 20 messages to Anwar al-Awlaki, once a spiritual leader at a mosque in suburban Virginia where Major Hasan worshiped, indicate that the troubled military psychiatrist came to the attention of the authorities long before last Thursday’s shooting rampage at Fort Hood, but that the authorities left him in his post.

Counterterrorism and military officials said Monday night that the communications, first intercepted last December as part of an unrelated investigation, were consistent with a research project the psychiatrist was then conducting at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington on post-traumatic stress disorder.

“There was no indication that Major Hasan was planning an imminent attack at all, or that he was directed to do anything,” one senior investigator said. He and the other officials spoke on the condition of anonymity, saying the case was under investigation.

The officials said the Departments of Defense and Justice had decided Major Hasan would be prosecuted in a military court, an indication that investigators believe he acted alone. Government lawyers had said his case might be tried in civilian court if he were believed to have conspired with nonmilitary defendants.

From Hot Air, Feds dropped inquiry into Hasan’s contacts with jihadis because … he didn’t seem violent:

No word on what was in the e-mails. Cooking tips, maybe? Still, consider this progress. All it took for the jihad angle to be considered one possible factor in the shooting is this turd sending e-mails to Al Qaeda; maybe a video of him hanging out with Osama will surface and we can go ahead and nudge it towards “possible main factor.” As for Awlaki, I wrote about him this weekend but this bit from a U.S. counterterror official quoted in a WaPo story last year bears mentioning again: “There is good reason to believe Anwar Aulaqi has been involved in very serious terrorist activities since leaving the United States, including plotting attacks against America and our allies.” If Awlaki was considered a “very serious” terrorist threat as of 2008, how can any e-mail sent to him by Hasan have not been cause for great concern? Even if the e-mails weren’t explicitly violent or threatening, the other red flags in Hasan’s file should have set off alarm bells about where this might lead. It’d be like a U.S. military officer sending telegrams to the German command during WWII. Whatever his reason is, it’s a bad reason.

On a slightly different note, Obama WILL be visiting Fort Hood today.

My heart and prayers go out to all the victims, and the victims family and friends.

From all the news reports it appears this Major is a career military man and that in his current position for less than a year and was not going well. He did not want to be deployed and in fact wanted out of the Army, so he paid back his military student loans and hired an attorney.

The reason may have been that he was being harassed and called names like “camel jockey ”. I guess all that sensitivity training for those with bigotry tendencies are all for not. (Can training real change the way you were brought up?)

Another reason is called PTSD by proxy, the stress of treating PTSD in other soldiers make you go a little crazy yourself. Its even more stressful because most of the higher ranks don’t even believe in such thing as PTSD. Their denial prompts them to tell suffering soldiers to “drink it off.” Some civilians in the defense dept feel the same way no doubt IMO, it’s why hardly anything is mentioned of PTSD until one of these violent episodes occurs. These people see PTSD as a cop-out or an excuse. First we need to have an understanding that PTSD actually is real before we can ever hope to help treat it (does anyone believe that being shot at or killing your fellow man is not going to affect you in some way either then or in the future?). I guess with the high soldier suicide rate before and after deployment kinda takes care of the complaints from coming in (so those who said he should have just killed himself, well that’s already happening ). What real pissed me off when I heard that the military was trying to say that some soldiers coming back from this war with PTSD or other psychological disorders had “Pre-Existing Conditions” and that the military would not pay to treat them, I think it has been corrected but what a bunch of asses they break you and don’t want to pay.

The final issue is why does the military want to keep people in their ranks that no longer want to be there is it just sheer number? I mean is it ten percent, twenty percent. Is it that it is the only contract in the US that you can’t get out of unless to kill yourself or kill your fellow soldiers? It does not make any sense to me.

I guess the Major could just be another wacko like Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nicholas, of course McVeigh was executed and apparently because Nicholas became a Christian he received a life sentenced. I real think if he gets that far the Major will get the former and not in a million years the latter.

This is so messed up, hopefully they will make some changes that make sense.

Montana, LOL – This is an exact copy/paste spammaroo of the last post you made on the topic of Muslim terrorists and Major Hasan. Shame on you!

You’re getting lazy, dude. You could have switched a few words around a little to at least make it look like you care about this topic or that you’re not a moron.

Montana, I’m allowing this copied-from-before comment go through solely to make fun of it. But it’s the last time. Next time, this silly “rebuttal” will be deleted. This is your one and only warning.

As I wrote before, you didn’t read the piece, and McVeigh and Nicholas were not just “wackos,” but TERRORISTS. This nonsense about Nicholas not being executed because “he was a Christian” is poppycock, but if you have real documented sources to support that claim, I’m all ears.

And yes, MAJOR HASAN IS A MUSLIM TERRORIST as pointed out with his business card and a half dozen news reports posted in this blog post. Not a pitiful PTSD poster child. That’s very offensive to the real soliders who had real debilitating injuries in the theater and didn’t run out and try to murder 40-plus comrades-in-arms in the name of Allah.

He’s a jhadi, no question. Read the post, buttercup, and you’ll learn something about the latest discoveries about Hasan’s proven al Quaeda ties. Or, don’t read it… doesn’t matter to me either way.

      Montana:
This was a terrorist act. Sounds like you are trying to spin this & YOU NEED to STOP it. What are you gonna say next – that the terrorist in GITMO have ptsd?

There’s a big difference between McVeigh & Hasan (the terrorist).
