Obama Merchandise… I’m Sure the Toilet Paper Is No Compliment

Posted By on November 15, 2009

Even though Pres. Barack Obama’s approval rating among American voters is figuratively in the toilet, I doubt that the Japanese meant to satirize it with the latest in Obama merchandise… or did they?

Obama toilet paper in Japan… what will they think up next?

Obama fish burgers in Japan, on the other hand, are meant as a huge compliment:

Obama trivia side note: “Obama” means “little beach” in Japanese. Who knew? H/T to Nice Deb.

More wacky Obama merchandise…

Victoria Rowell, you’re freaking us out with this dress:

I’m not making this up… these Obama chicken fingers are a huge hit in Germany.

I thought this Obama Chia Pet was yanked from stores, but maybe not. You can still buy it on eBay:

A strangely appropriate item… a pocket mirror featuring our “Vanity President.”

What’s so amusing about this “action figure” toy of Obama is that it looks decidedly INACTIVE. Should be relabeled “inaction figure.” And the facial features of the toy look a tad bit confused or imbecilic, but maybe that’s just my take.

More of an 'inaction' than 'action' figure of Obama

This bizarre “Obama Mao” shirt photo was featured on Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion. The fringe media keeps insisting, though, that Obama is not a Communist. Tell that to China.

Chinese officials, in anticipation of Pres. Obama’s visit this week, have now banned the controversial Obama-Mao shirts: China Bans Oba-Mao T-Shirts Before Obama Visit

I’m sure the manufacturer of this Obama belt buckle thought it was a cool tribute to POTUS, but the cadaver-like face is downright ghoulish.

But the Obama belt buckle ties in PERFECTLY for those inappropriate “Obama Crouch Salute” occasions.

About the author

I'm a conservative frugalist. My priorities: Watchdogging the government, making sure our tax dollars are spent wisely, living within our budgets (at home and in Washington, DC), and adhering to our Constitution and the conservative principles upon which it was developed by our founding fathers. Also, loving God, my family, and my country. Be wise, be frugal. God bless America!

Thank you for showing me the public face of fear and ignorance.

It must really be a lousy way to live…hating for hate’s sake. So you say “God Bless America,” huh?

I guess what you meant to say was God Bless My America, right? Because it sure seems to me that your not interested in the success of the country.

And by the way, you can keep thinking that the country was founded on Conservative principles if you like but you might want to remember who are founders were and what they wanted for the country. Freedom, right? And that means YOU don’t get to make up the rule.

Now I know there isn’t a chance in hell this will make it on this hate-mongering site but it it does let mu publicly state that you’re a fool and an embarrassment to patriotism.

Someone sure is grouchy this morning. LOL

I’m baffled where the “hate” is… please point it out, BoothV. Teasing, mocking, laughing at… I have NEVER said I hate the president. Because I don’t hate him, the person. Go ahead and search my 1,000-plus posts. No hate expressed. Disappointment, anger, shock, confusion, yes… not the same thing. I do, however, as I’ve said many times (just not in THIS post) that I hate Obama’s fascist agenda, I hate that he is dismantling our Constitution, I hate that he embraces dictators and snubs our allies, I hate that he doesn’t hold our military in higher regard, I hate that he feels compelled to ignore America’s greatness when abroad, I hate that he wants the government to run every aspect of our lives, but that’s totally different. I don’t hate him. Japan and the Obama toilet paper… not sure about that one. Looks like you should direct your outrage at the Japanese toilet paper manufacturers, huh?

If poking fun at or critiquing a government official is now “hate,” sad, sad times for you liberals. Because that’s ALL we heard and continue to hear about Bush (which, BTW, he’s been out of office for nearly a year, but the blame game continues). Statists are always unhappy, always playing the victim card. Like now. You have a majority in the House, in the Senate, and in the Oval Office. Crikey, nothing makes you whiners happy.

Yeppers, God bless America, and NO, I do not want the president’s socialist agenda to succeed. Because this is AMERICA, you knucklehead, not a third-world socialist dictatorship. Ask Venezuelans how that removal of freedom of speech is going for them. Cubans & Iranians, too. Not so good, believe me, BoothV.

And in those dictatorships, all liberals would have been incarcerated, including David Letterman and MSNBC, for the lies, dissension, protest, criticism, distortion, omission of facts, etc. lodged against Bush for two administrations. Eight years of the fringe media attacking him. Many Hollywood celebrities even expressed that they wanted Bush DEAD. But they were allowed to say that. Weird, huh? Thankfully, freedom of speech exists for you Obama-bot statists AND for conservatives. I know you want it to be a one-way street, but in a liberty-loving nation, you’re allowed to disagree. First Amendment was designed for several purposes, one of which was freedom to assembly and freedom to disagree with the government. Whip out the Constitution some time… it doesn’t say “except when a Democrat president is in office.”

Do I fear socialism? Anyone in America who loves liberty, free market principles, and is in his or her right mind would fear it… but this post wasn’t about that, so I’m guessing this is just another (yawn) hit-and-run troll post – copy/paste laziness. No worries, buttercup… I do post silly liberal nonsense, as you can see, so your “no chance in hell” is amusing. Now, if I tried to post a conservative observation (and I have tried dozens of times) on a liberal blog, nope, it just doesn’t happen. Not sure where the “ignorance” comment from you came from, since this post is of photos of actual Obama merchandise. Oh, yeah… your comment was a copy/paste job. Media Matters must LOVE you for your own sheeple ignorance, which you displayed well here… LOL

Thanks for popping in… next time, though, READ the post before copying/pasting some cookie-cutter comment, OK?

Admin,…Nice response, the contributor obviously has a mission to attack and destroy any conservative opinions on the conservative blogs. HA! Wrong one.

Radical libs are beginning to sweat.

I love it when a plan comes together.

      • admin says:

If memory recalls, that’s a quote from Hannibal Smith from “The A-Team,” right?
Love that line… you wear it well, AFVET.
        :)
        LOL

      • AFVET says:

Hannibal said that at the end of every show.
Hopefully we can say that sometime soon.

If you think America is going to stand for this socialistic crap that is being rammed down our throats by the present administration and the congress, you are sorely mistaken.
If you don’t like the direction the Country is going, move.
I hear Cuba has nice weather, and you have virtually no liberties.
      Free health care too!
Have you ever entertained the thought of serving your Country,…
What do you think of those who do, and have?
What do you think of the people that paid the ultimate price to defend the finest Republic the world has ever produced?
Why have people from every country in the world bet everything they had on getting HERE?

Common sense is a powerful thing, you should try it.

BTW, your first initials aren’t JW, are they?

Very funny blog, Vicki! You found some really good stuff! That woman in the Obama dress is really over the top, though.

It’s amazing to me how these leftists scream all over their sites about Bush and how he should be tried for war crimes (for keeping us safe for 8 years) and call him names and mock him but just say anything about their messiah and wow… YOU ARE A HATER!!! And what’s even stupider to me is that they have nothing better to do than pick fights and spew their hate at conservative sites. Like their vicious attacks are going to change anyone’s mind or win them over to their side?

It’s a sad state that Americans are so polarized and have such vicious feelings about each other.

    Roxy

    • admin says:

Amen to that, sister. I’m still trying to figure out the way leftists’ brains work. Too much miswiring. LOL

And yes, the Obama dress is scary.

Well, it seems the fervor about Obama has “changed” :D
