Amen to that, Marilyn… so many people are in that horrible unemployment boat. But you can send your own emails to Congress for free, or forward a link from here to friends and family so that they, too, know about it. They then, may forward it on to some other people, and so on, and so on.

Never underestimate the power of one person.

Great program, but still recovering from 9 months of unemployment. Wish I could spend the money! Unfortunately I doubt it would make an impact on the clowns that represent my state; Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley never met a tax they didn’t like.

Great Post !
It takes this effort for the American People to make their voices heard.
This tells me that these “representatives” that we elected, and pay have gotten to the point of bribery to get the votes needed in the senate to pass a bill that the American People DO NOT WANT !!!
E-mails are deleted, phone calls are dismissed, pink slips cannot be denied.

We’ll see what happens with this bill.

Thomas Paine said “do not vote a rod against yourself”, (paraphrased).
What he means is the congress should not impose laws on the people that they would not want to live under themselves.

Problem is, congress has exempted themselves from the rules and regulations they impose on U.S.

Term limits should be mandatory.

2010,..We vote again!
