Vicki, the bust was a gift from Great Britain right after the 2001 attack on our Country.
When Obama ‘gave it back’ to the U.K., Brown said “it was a gift to your Country, if you don’t want it put it in a museum.” (rough quote).

Obama sent it back, along with DVDs that won’t work on the 50 cycle system Europe uses.

Obama is either ignorant, or the most arrogant president we have ever had in that position.
Remember the ‘reset button’ Hilliary gave the Russians? Arrogance, or ignorance?

Obama did, however, rudely send back the bust of Sir Winston Churchill to Britain, which had been a gift from the UK some years back… Churchill despised socialism. Can’t have Winston staring at you disapprovingly when you’re dismantling the Constitution and redistributing the wealth, after all.
