Obama the Mind Reader: Says House and Senate Health Care Bills Are “95% Identical” Although Senate’s Bill Still Isn’t Finished and No One’s Read It (video)

It’s impressive that Pres. Barack Obama can claim that the health care bills from the House and from the Senate are “95% identical.” Especially since the Senate bill still hasn’t been finalized and has been revised countless times behind closed doors, depending on whose congressional vote is being bought. Most Democrats have no idea what is contained in the Senate bill, and no Republican senators have been involved in the authorship of the bill.
Obama must be a mind reader!
Wow. Who knew?
Also impressive is that POTUS claims that the only difference between the two health care bills is the public option, and that it is such a teeny-weeny difference, barely noticeable and not very important, that it’s as though the two bills are… are… wait for it… are TWINS.
Another wow.
Not only is he a mind reader, but Obama could also be the smoothest liar around. Even smoother than Pres. Bill Clinton was about his sleazy intern fling with Monica Lewinsky.
The public option in socialized health care has been a pet project of Obama’s from WAY back, and it is one of the major thorns in the sides of many Americans. I honestly don’t believe him that it won’t be included. What I do believe is that he will say anything to get this jumbled, disastrous monster of a health care bill passed by year’s end so that he can crow about “his accomplishment.”
Obama desperately needs this win before the clock strikes 12 on December 31. No matter what it costs, no matter how many bribes need to be given out, no matter how many Chicago-gangster threats need to be issued (“don’t think we’re not keeping score, brother”). No matter how “silent” Obama is now on the public option.
In the video below from The Young Turks, Obama’s silence on the public option supposedly means he hates the public option. I’m not convinced. I’m thinking it’s a ploy, a red herring, a distraction, a bluff, whatever, until the Senate votes, then suddenly, SHAZAM! The public option will magically reappear in the bill.
Yes, I could be wrong… but we’ve seen this Alinsky-style crap before with this administration. It’s like a reversal of Stupak’s abortion amendment with the House vote on health care last month. Team Obama tells Congress they’ll put it in (or take it out) to get the votes they want, then soon after the vote, renege on the promise and yank it out (or shove it in), and laugh maniacally behind closed doors at their clever deception and that Congress actually fell for their lies AGAIN… guffaws all around.
The Young Turks: No Leadership from Obama on Public Option
If we can suspend disbelief for a minute, and decide to smile and pretend that what Pres. Obama is saying is true, we must then assume the following, minus the public option, are in both the ReidCare version and the PelosiCare version of the ObamaCare bill:
- Illegal aliens will be covered free of charge.
- Abortion will be funded.
- Women will be limited on getting mammograms, especially older women who are the most vulnerable.
- Medical coverage for older Americans will be steeply decreased (remember Sarah Palin’s “death panels”? Looks like they’re back).
- New additional taxes and penalties will be applied to a range of activities and services, including tanning salons.
- ObamaCare coverage is mandatory for every man, woman, and child in America.
- If you don’t have coverage, you will be slammed with huge fines (I’ve read varying dollar amounts on this, but $1,000 is a nice round number, so I’ll go with that as the fine amount).
- If you don’t pay your huge fine, you’ll be thrown into prison.
In other words, both health care bills suck eggs. And are unconstitutional. And will cost taxpayers a fortune. And are not an improvement over what we already have.
If MSNBC’s left-wing nutbar Keith Olbermann says this Senate health care bill is a disaster, crikey, it must be true.
ABC Jake Tapper’s Political Punch, Obama Downplays Differences Between Senate, House Health Care Bills:

President Obama today downplayed the differences between the House and Senate Health care bills, painting the differences that exist between the two bills that are starting the merging process on Capitol Hill as minuscule.
“The Senate and the House bills are 95 percent identical,” the president said today in an interview with April Ryan of American Urban Radio Networks.
Mr. Obama said one of the main differences between the two bills, the debate over the public option, is not the most important aspect to a bill. The House version includes the public option, but the Senate version does not.
“There’s five percent differences, and one of those differences is the public option,” the president said downplaying one of the major sticking points. “This is an area that has just become symbolic of a lot of ideological fights. As a practical matter, this is not the most important aspect to this bill — the House bill or the Senate bill.”
The president said the idea behind the public option was that alongside the choices that you could choose from in the private insurance industry, you could also potentially get a government-managed plan.
“But it was only going to apply to a few million people who were buying into the exchange,” Mr. Obama said today speaking about the public option in past tense. “ So it wasn’t like suddenly everybody would just go out there and buy a government-run plan; most people will still get health insurance from their employers. What will happen is, is that if you don’t get health insurance through your employers, you can then go to this what we’re calling a health care exchange, get a subsidy, and buy health insurance through that exchange.”
Either way – whether there’s a public option in the final bill or not, Mr. Obama said, “if you don’t have health insurance, you are going to have now the option of getting it at a reasonable cost. And that’s the most important thing.”
The president said that he is confident that the bill is going to pass.
President Obama was up late last night, watching the Senate’s cloture vote until 1 am this morning.
“I was up because I wanted to make sure that I was watching what could end up being a historic moment,” Mr. Obama said.
Or, he was watching the cloture vote so as to “keep score.”
Like they do in Chicago.

Obama is not a mind reader, he is a thug, and the ‘perfect storm’ of liberal majorities in both the house and senate opened a giant door to his socialist/Marxist policies.
On news radio right now, the Obama has declared he will stay in Washington until this senate bill is passed.

As Rush says “the little man child” is getting his education from the American People and the world stage, whose leaders have seen Obama for what he is.
China, I think, was put off by Obama’s arrogance, and his domineering attitude toward other people.
He goes in there with his opinions and tries to impose them on other countries. Countries that own a large portion of our debt. China will not take orders from Obama.
If he thinks he can change Russia and China’s economy, and their aspirations to become more of a world power that they already are, he is going to run this country into a trench that the emerging economies of the world will gladly take advantage of due to his ignorance of economics.
The vultures are watching and waiting, and possibly enjoying some popcorn.
One of the things they are watching is us, the American People, to see what our response to this takeover of our liberties will be.
That will indicate to them what degree of socialism ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ will accept.
