Congressman Alan Grayson from Florida is at it again. This time, though, he didn’t call anyone a Nazi or whore. Just said that Satan should be working with Dick Cheney on his book’s foreword.

Geesh, are you kiddin’ me???

If former Democrat vice president Walter Mondale was publishing his memoirs, or if Democrat Sen. Nancy Pelosi were writing a book, just WHO in the Republican party in Congress would be allowed to say that he or she thought that Mephistopheles or Satan should be writing Mondale’s or Pelosi’s book’s introduction?

Would House Minority Leader John Boehner be allowed to say something so childish and nasty on national television? Or RNC Chair Michael Steele, or former presidential candidate and senator from Arizona John McCain? Which of these elected representatives in our US government would be allowed to say the devil was working with Mondale or Pelosi?

None. No one in the Republican party would be permitted to make such disgraceful public statements. And if you recall, Democrats and the fringe media flew into a volcanic rage when, during the 2008 presidential campaign, Barack Obama’s middle name was used by a Florida sheriff in an introduction during a Palin event. No one called him a man in cahoots with Satan, just used his middle name.

It’s not the first time Grayson’s spewed like this in TV interviews. In his bizarre attempt for attention, he’s previously attacked Cheney (calling him a vampire with blood dripping from his teeth) and Republicans (said all Republicans are Nazis and wanted sick people to “die quickly”). Grayson publicly called lobbyist Linda Robertson a whore back in October.

Politicians can attack a policy, attack an agenda, attack the outcome or motives, but should be stopped if they become pathetic attention-seeking showboaters with over-the-top lunacy involving “Satan” or “vampire” or “whore” or “Nazi” insults.

The man is unhinged, and the Democrats are turning a blind eye, hoping it will blow over.

It appears that the public civility of Democrat leaders has now become so low that it’s nearly non-existent, and elected Dem officials are now permitted to act like horses’ backsides while they all slap each other on the backs and guffaw when one of them insults a member of the opposite party. The 2010 elections are only 11 months away, gang.

From The Hill: Grayson: Satan should write foreword to Cheney book:

The Prince of Darkness himself might be best-suited to write the foreword to former Vice President Dick Cheney’s forthcoming book, Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) suggested Monday.

Grayson, during an appearance on MSNBC, blasted the former Republican vice president for having attacked President Barack Obama’s handling of defending the U.S. from terrorist attacks.

Cheney’s attacks, Grayson argued, were only a tactic to gin up sales for his memoir, which is expected to be released this year.

“I wonder who’s doing the introduction to his book?” Grayson said. “Maybe it’s Mephistopheles; maybe it’s Satan.”

Someone needs to alert Grayson that Dick Cheney isn’t alone in his criticism of Barack Obama for his laid-back attitude on the attempted Christmas Day jihad and for the terrorist massacre at Fort Hood, for his inept softness on keeping our country safe. The majority of Americans (liberals included), and several countries are also questioning BHO’s naive leadership skills. Grayson blaming Bush for the 9/11 attack eight years ago has been overdone by Democrats. Even Bush admitted that our national security needed to be far better than it was, and he made it his personal mission to beef up intelligence gathering and security so as to protect America from ever being attacked by radical terrorists on US soil again. Which he accomplished during his two terms as president. Obama, on the other hand, is babying terrorists and was dismantling many of the security protocols and procedures that kept America safe. We’ve had two terrorist attacks under Obama’s watch in just 11 months.

Obama stayed in Hawaii after the terrorist attack on Flight 253, seen golfing, snorkeling, and going out for shaved ice treats. Would Bush have been shielded by the media if he had done that?

Congressman Grayson has also been at the forefront of the health care debate, pushing zealously for ObamaCare, even though his constituents don’t want it, the majority of Americans don’t want it. Those who don’t want government-run health care, according to Grayson, are heartless Nazis.

Are you paying attention, Florida? Grayson is an embarrassment and is part of the gigantic problem in Washington with the disintegrating Democrat party.

Who voted for this jerk? And when is the Democrat party going to make any attempt at muzzling him?

The democrats in Congress continue to impress.

When they’re not ramming massive new government programs or record spending down your throat they’re attacking anyone who criticizes their radical leftist agenda.

It didn’t take Democrat Alan Grayson long into the new year to start throwing his verbal bombs. Yesterday on the Ed Schultz program Grayson said that Satan should write the intro to Dick Cheney’s book.

Classy.
