MIA: Those Obama C-SPAN Health Care “Open Meetings at a Big Table” Promises, Plus Reid’s Outrageous Billion-Dollar Bribes (video)

Did then-candidate Barack Obama lie about being transparent and open when he was stumping across the nation to be president when he said he’d have “open door meetings, at a big table, televised on C-SPAN”? Is it a lie if you announce you’re going to do something revolutionary and that announcement is important to the voting public? And is it a lie if you claim this promise loudly and often, and based on that repeated promise, secure millions of votes, then not do what you promised?
On all counts, I’d say YES.
Those who were paying attention to Obama’s “we’ll air it on C-SPAN” lies noticed and reported on this months ago. Greta Van Susteren at FOX News and Karl Rove discussed Pres. Obama’s failure to follow through on his C-SPAN promises this week, as shown in the video below. Obama’s been in office for just shy of one year, and nope, there have been NO televised health care negotiations, on C-SPAN or anywhere else. However, we’ve seen Obama’s smiling face ad nauseaum on every major news station (except FOX) and late night TV, shilling for health care for months (although it seems like years). So scheduling C-SPAN for health care negotiations coverage should be child’s play for our “Television President.”
Blocking elected congressional Republicans from the Reid-Pelosi socialized health care negotiations have been a recurring M.O. for POTUS, Pelosi, and Reid (more on Dingy Harry’s gross misuse of taxpayer funds for Senate bribes below).

He was lying. Democrats have kept the process private all along. They didn’t even give their members enough time to read the bill before it was voted on. They bribed members with $1.2 billion for their votes and this week they decided to hold private negotiations with House and Senate on how to swallow up the health care industry.
Outrageous.

The CBO reported that Harry Reid spent $1.2 billion to buy off democrats for the Obamacare vote last night.
They got their nationalized health care bill and it only cost you $1.2 billion for their vote!

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) informed lawmakers on Sunday night that the section of the manager’s amendment to the Senate’s health bill would cost $1.2 billion over 10 years.
Nelson managed to win a share of the section of the manager’s amendment on Equitable Support for Certain States, which will provide Nebraska, along with Massachusetts and Vermont, support in paying its share of additional costs to Medicaid in the health legislation.
The provision, which Republicans have derided as the “Cornhusker Kickback,” actually provides Nebraska the least of the three states. Vermont will receive $600 million over 10 years, while Massachusetts will receive $500 million. The money to Nebraska had previously been reported to be $45 million.

This administration is ten-fold less transparent and ten times more power-grabbing and dangerous than Team Bush EVER was.
The culmination of all the lies are buried within the health care bill.
It has nothing to do with health care.
