Did You Know There’s a Tylenol Recall? Let’s Blame Martha Coakley… Who Doesn’t Know Jack about Curt Schilling

Inexplicably, this first news story escaped me until this morning. Did you know that there is a Tylenol recall? And that the recall has been expanded? I sure didn’t.
I must be spending too much time trying to keep up with the latest “let me say or do something horrifically stupid and shoot myself in the foot again” news reports about Democrat Senate-wannabe Martha Coakley in Massachusetts. It’s ironic because this absurd, clueless woman (who thinks that the health care bill she hasn’t even read is good and that there are “no terrorists in Afghanistan,” for cryin’ out loud) gives me a throbbing headache. Her nasty smear attacks on Republican candidate Scott Brown are winning her no fans and are embarrassing the Democrat party… using a photo of the World Trade Center to attack “corporate greed” and Brown is below contemptible.
I’m reaching for my trusty bottle of aspirin with increasing frequency these days, thanks to Martha. Fortuitous that I don’t usually buy Tylenol.
So, what the heck… let’s brush the blame on Coakley for this Tylenol information slipup. And pass the aspirin, please.

NEW YORK – Johnson & Johnson expanded a recall of over-the-counter medications Friday, the second time it has done so in less than a month because of a moldy smell that has made users sick.
The broadening recall now includes some batches of regular and extra-strength Tylenol children’s Tylenol, eight-hour Tylenol, Tylenol arthritis, Tylenol PM, children’s Motrin, Motrin IB, Benadryl Rolaids, Simply Sleep, and St. Joseph’s aspirin. Both caplet and geltab products were sold in the Americas, the United Arab Emirates, and Fiji were recalled.
Almost three weeks ago, the company’s McNeil Consumer Healthcare Products expanded its recall to include Tylenol Arthritis Caplets.
Good grief… Schilling is now a YANKEES fan? Since when? Another weird remark that is causing headaches for the Democrats and perplexes baseball’s Curt Schilling, from dear old Martha…

For those of you that are not from the area and do not keep up with sports, Schilling guided the Boston Red Sox to victory over the much hated New York Yankees in the 2004 American League Championship Series, while playing with a severe ankle injury that caused the now infamous bloody sock.
For you, an outsider, it may be acceptable that you don’t know who Mr. Schilling is. But for a Massachusetts Attorney General that is running for the Senate seat held by a Kennedy for decades, this ignorance is unacceptable.
After being told of the debacle, Schilling responded with an online blog post that read, “I’ve been called a lot of things, but never, and I mean never, could anyone ever make the mistake of calling me a Yankee fan. Well, check that, if you didn’t know what the hell is going on in your own state maybe you could…”.
