Clueless: Rep. Alan Grayson Predicted Coakley Win in Mass & That Health Care Would Proceed As Normal (video)
Posted By Vicki McClure Davidson on January 22, 2010
Ultra-liberal Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) crawled out from under a rock to announce Tuesday on MSNBC that Scott Brown’s win in Massachusetts would not change anything about pushing through ObamaCare, and then bashed Republicans for not wanting to vote for the disastrous trillion-dollar ObamaCare bill, for not wanting the government to take over Americans’ lives.
Grayson again released his typical bogus numbers that 1,000 people a week are dying because they don’t have health care. No mention of the number of people who have health care that die each week or how many people who don’t have health care that still would have died even if they did have health care. No mention, because there are no studies or documentation to provide such information. Grayson just makes up fake numbers in interviews when it suits him.
Grayson also incorrectly predicted that Democrat Martha Coakley would win the MA Senate race, oblivious (or in denial) of the majority of national polls leading up to the Massachusetts election that accurately chose Brown as the winner. He insisted not once, but twice, that “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia” would win. Well, we know how spot-on Grayson was with that claim… NOT.
This clown also criticized the Republican party for “pouring money” into Brown’s campaign and that Coakley was a “victim” of the Republican machine… neglecting to mention the countless over-the-top, false smear ads Coakley had launched against Brown or how much money the Democrat party was “pouring” in to Coakley’s campaign. Nor that Pres. Obama himself (and former Pres. Clinton) flew to Massachusetts to endorse her. A great deal of Scott Brown’s campaign monies came during the final weeks of the campaign from individuals from across the nation who participated in an Internet donation “money bomb” to support Brown.
The majority of polls on the health care bill also show Grayson wrong… most Americans, not just Republicans, think the expensive, jumbled, government health care bill is a terrible piece of legislation that will sky-rocket costs and rob Americans of their personal liberties.
Stupidly wrong on all counts. No surprises. Who voted for this buffoon?
Grayson, at least, didn’t call anyone a whore or a vampire.
