I’m one of five kids, and we were never permitted to whine or beg after my parents said “no.” I’ve raised my own children the same way. Begging is unbecoming, disrespectful, and annoying — when Mom and Dad say “no,” they mean “no.” At least in my house.
Guess liberal media princess Andrea Mitchell wasn’t raised the same way. Explains so much…
Andrea, I don’t give a bloomin’ hangnail about throwing away my freedoms in order to help with “Obama’s legacy” and all the misguided “work” he’s invested, instead of being our elected leader, into pushing, shoving, threatening, cajoling, ramrodding, manipulating, falsifying, pleading, lying, you name it, to force his oppressive, federally controlled health care vision on America.
And neither does the majority of Americans.
So quit begging, you indecorous statist tool.

Another promise of transparency has been broken by Team Obama, but who’s surprised? No hands, huh?
It’s like the proverbial kid caught stealing cookies from the cookie jar with this miscreant administration. The kid, with trace cookie crumbs on his pudgy face and a tell-tale cookie in each dirty hand, swears he’ll never-ever-ever do it again… until he does it again.

The media has a new word for when Democrats break a promise — they’re just “softening their pledge:”
“House Democrats appear to be softening their pledge to allow the public 72 hours to review the health care reform package online before a House vote. “We will certainly give as much notice as possible, but I’m not going to say that 72 hours is going to be the litmus test,” said Majority Leader Steny Hoyer on Friday.
“The House bill or Senate bill, as proposed, has been online for some two-and-a-half months, otherwise known about 75 days,” Hoyer added, referring to the November and December dates each chamber passed its version of health care legislation.
But Democrats could vote as soon as next week on a series of changes to the health care package – called a reconciliation bill – and the number two House Republican criticized Hoyer directly on House floor.
“I’m a little bit taken aback that now that 72-hour rule has been completely cast aside, since nobody in the House has seen what’s in the reconciliation bill,” said Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Virginia.
The November elections can’t get here quick enough…
