There is nothing to like about the Democrats’ health care bill, and everything to hate.

The Senate healthcare bill that is scheduled to be ‘deemed as passed’ by the House of Representatives Sunday afternoon, H.R. 3590, mandates the Internal Revenue Service as the enforcement arm of Barack Obama’s dictate that all Americans be covered by health insurance.
The IRS will be empowered to check every month to ensure that every American meets Obama’s dictated health insurance standards.
The IRS is also empowered to levy fines on those not in compliance. Under existing federal law, refusal to follow the rules of the IRS can lead to imprisonment–or worse.
An analysis released yesterday by Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee estimates that 16,500 IRS agents will need to be hired to meet the expanded authority granted the IRS.
The nine page .PDF document details how the IRS will become the new overlord of the American people. A new section of the IRS code, 5000A, would be created by the bill. Americans would be required to maintain insurance deemed acceptable by the secretaries of the Treasury and Health and Human Services. Failure to do so would result in enforcement fines levied by the IRS in the hundreds or thousands of dollars depending on the income of the offender. The fines would be known as the Individual Mandate Tax. The report adds that the IRS could add interest and penalties for failure to pay the IMT.
Health insurance providers would be required to file reports with the IRS on each individual they insure. The IRS would be able to share confidential taxpayer information with Health and Human Services.
According to the report, exemptions to the IMT dictate would be granted by Obama to approved groups and individuals for the following reasons: religious conscience, members of a health care sharing ministry, those below the poverty line, members of Indian tribes, incarcerated individuals and illegal aliens.
Under this bill, every American would be forced to answer to Barack Obama. If they fail to submit to his will, they will be fined, imprisoned or worse.

Doctors must be especially attentive, since much of this details the government’s oversight on how they will be permitted to treat and bill patients under ObamaCare/PelosiCare.

There is no shame in having a sickening feeling after reading this, of having flashbacks to Orwell’s 1984. This is a disgraceful 180-degree turn from our founding fathers’ vision of our country, a dismantling of the inherent freedoms we, as Americans, are to expect from our elected representatives.
The Constitution has been set aflame. Government tyranny in America is the new “hopenchange.”

Real health care reform is the thing we’ve fought for from the start. It is desperately needed. But this bill falls short on many levels, and hurts many people more than it helps.
A middle class family of four making $66,370 will be forced to pay $5,243 per year for insurance. After basic necessities, this leaves them with $8,307 in discretionary income — out of which they would have to cover clothing, credit card and other debt, child care and education costs, in addition to $5,882 in annual out-of-pocket medical expenses for which families will be responsible. Many families who are already struggling to get by would be better off saving the $5,243 in insurance costs and paying their medical expenses directly, rather than being forced to by coverage they can’t afford the co-pays on.

A strong Government-run MEDICARE like Public Option is STILL! CRITICAL!
We have had a long hard struggle to find out what would be the BEST! that this congress and the Whitehouse could do to fix our highly dangerous, poor quality, most costly, and MOST! disgraceful healthcare delivery system in the world. It is clear that congress can do much more for the American people than what is proposed so far.
It is clear that congress can pass a strong GOVERNMENT-run public option CHOICE. Available to everyone on day one. Expand Medicare and not levy any new taxes on workers healthcare benefits and plans. LET THIS BE YOUR LINE IN THE SAND!
Lastly, there can be NO! INDIVIDUAL MANDATES without a strong Government-run MEDICARE like Public Option CHOICE. Or the American people WILL! and SHOULD! revolt with an all out CIVIL WAR against congress and this Government.
House and Senate progressives and the tri-caucuses should aggressively push for the inclusion of a strong Public Option, Medicare expansion, and no new taxes on workers healthcare benefits and plans. If the obstructionist kill meaningful healthcare reform, it’s failure will be on the obstructionist heads. And they will be punished and replaced.

What is proposed in the Senate compromised bill is the worst case scenario for health-care reform. It would shift trillions of taxpayer, public and private dollars into the hands of the private insurance industry (The single most costly, deadly and dangerous product sold in America). And it would compel by law millions of Americans to financially support this oxymoronic criminal enterprise. You cant have a individual MANDATE WITHOUT A STRONG PUBLIC OPTION CHOICE!
You will have NO! realistic way of controlling cost and quality. Cost will continue soaring through the roof bleeding the American people dry, and KILLing our economy. And our quality of healthcare will continue to decline below our current ranking of “WORST! quality of healthcare delivery in the developed World”.
From the very start, the American people have been crystal clear about what they wanted. And the American people are CORRECT!! They wanted a humane single payer system like the rest of the developed world has (HR676). Or at least a humane strong GOVERNMENT-run public option CHOICE!! This is what the American people gave the democrats control of the house, control of the senate, and control of the Whitehouse to do. Including at one time a SUPER MAJORITY in the Senate.
Those of you that can, should prepare now to remove every member of congress that fails to support YOUR healthcare reform with a strong Public Option, Medicare expansion, and no new taxes on workers healthcare benefits and plans. Run against them in teams if you have to. But take them out. And replace them with a strong single payer or PRO PUBLIC OPTION CHOICE candidate.

H1N1 IS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION!
I have to tell you now that the H1N1 virus is a man-made WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION! and TERROR! It is a WEAPONIZED version of a flu virus. It has swept the planet infecting millions. And causing a global pandemic that has killed tens of thousands, and injured millions.
The H1N1 virus is the product of the DISGRACEFUL, GREED DRIVEN PRIVATE FOR PROFIT MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX! It was released in the U.S. in Texas in early January of last year, but not recognized until around April 2009 in California. The reason I know this is because when it came to America, it came to see me FIRST! How sweet…
This was around the time the MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX! assaulted the Whitehouse with all their devils deals to cripple and weaken YOUR! healthcare reform. Especially your right to have a single payer system like HR676 (Medicare For All) which most of you wanted.
They don’t even want you to have your HUGE!!! compromise position of a strong government-run MEDICARE like Public Option CHOICE. To compete with their DISGRACEFUL, GREED DRIVEN, MURDEROUS, PRIVATE FOR PROFIT PRODUCT (The single most costly, deadly and dangerous product sold in America).
They also wanted to take away your rights to have your government meet it’s responsibility to use it’s full power to regulate, negotiate, and control drug cost, healthcare cost and quality. Something every other civilized country in the developed World has done for it’s people. Their Greed! moral degeneracy and lack of patriotism knows no bounds.
Many of you will remember that before we knew about H1N1. I posted a open message to the President and Congress warning them to be vigilant about their health, and cautious about any medical advice they received. As I said then “they will not hesitate to try and hurt you”.
The U.S. and the World have been under a BIOLOGICAL TERROR ATTACK! for over a year now. It is CRITICAL that We The People Of The United States take away control of our healthcare system from the GREED DRIVEN MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX!
For our own National security, and the security of the world.
A Strong, government-run, MEDICARE like Public Option CHOICE. Available to everyone on day one, with the full unfettered power of the federal government to regulate, negotiate, and control cost and quality. Would be the most workable way to deal with this global crisis at this time. Including patent suspensions as needed for national security or the greater good.
As an American I invite the peoples of the World to help us fix our healthcare crisis. And bring pressure on our government to meet it’s responsibility to protect global security by controlling, and removing the corrupting influence of GREED and the PRIVATE FOR PROFIT motivations from healthcare in the U.S. and around the World.
I call on the governments of the World and the global intelligence community to track down these MASS MURDERERS, and bring them to justice. CONNECT THE DOTS! And be vigilant that they don’t slip in another viral strain on you under the cloak of H1N1 sequestration.
Further, the proposed patent protection on biologic’s must be stripped from the US bill. And greatly shorten/restricted, or abolished completely. This is a grave danger to humanity and global security.
We must be strong and insist that healthcare reform be done right for the American people. Or everyone loose’s.

The medical community must be more vigilant of secondary bacterial infections in the young caused by H1N1. And remember, a viral infection is also a transfer of genetic code to you. Jack, I don’t agree with your stance on the ObamaCare bill, but your rantings were too delicious to delete. Alan Grayson is a nut case, and asking “the peoples of the world” to help “fix” our health care is bizarre. Should we ask Greece for help? Oh, wait, Greece has gone bankrupt and the country is on strike. Maybe Canada… nope, Canadians rush over the border to the US for our health care. Maybe the UK? Ninety percent of Parliament’s time is spent on never-ending health care issues and escalating costs, and their waiting line for surgeries is getting scary. Maybe Mexico? No? China? Maybe France? I’ve read that France is realizing that government-run health care is too expensive, and they are now adopting a system that is more like ours here in the US. Truth be told, our current health system has a few major problems that if corrected, would bring down the costs immediately. Medicare and Medicaid reform and tort reform.
Fix what the government screwed up (Medicaid and Medicare is rampant with fraud and government incompetence) and take action against ambulance-chasing lawyers. After that, try to fix the government-run health care that the Indian reservations have suffered with for SEVENTY years, fix the escalating problems with VA health care, and then, by golly, I’m thinking our health care costs will be far better.
We have the best health care system in the world. It is not perfect, but there is no need to reinvent the wheel. My state (Arizona) has free (free to them, not free to tax-payers) health care for those who can’t afford it already… other states do as well. Why do we need this federal system on top of our various state systems? In Arizona, illegal aliens and those who are unable to pay have access to free medical care. They don’t have health INSURANCE, which is different from health CARE. No one in my state is turned away from getting medical attention if he or she can’t pay… the Obama administration has been disingenuous on that from the get-go.
Dropping health care costs were the supposed reason for ObamaCare. The CBO admitted yesterday that because Pelosi, Obama, and the other Democrats involved had a hand in math manipulation, that the costs to America will far exceed the original trillion-dollar price tag. They’ve been playing with the numbers, finding ways to further penalize or tax Americans, and even then, the ObamaCare plan will not insure between 12 – 30 million people (that number depends on which report you read). Prison time is intended if you don’t have ObamaCare. The IRS will be able to take money out of your bank account. More government-controlled mandates (like the foods you eat, alcohol you drink, exercise you engage in) will no longer be choices. This is tyranny… ObamaCare is a power grab and nothing more. If it was about people’s health, then why are unions excluded from having to pay into it? Why are illegal aliens included? Why are prison terms held over people’s heads? It’s unconstitutional and it is giving the government the right to run your life and one-sixth of our nation’s economy, rather than you being responsible for making choices.
Throw out ObamaCare and start over. It’s a terrible document, with inconsistencies and ramblings for prying into people’s lives that require a new police force (a Gestapo) to enforce. Health care reform is important. This plan doesn’t reform anything, it makes everything worse. This is too important for this ill-conceived, horrible, 2300-page piece-of-manure document to be passed through into law, using backroom deals, bribes, threats, and other shenanigans, for 300 million Americans.
