Michigan residents, supporters of the pro-life campaign and issues, and all taxpaying patriots in the United States who don’t want American taxpayers to foot the bill for federally supported abortions could be readying the tar and feathers for Rep. Bart Stupak and his supreme idiocy and betrayal.
Or just dip him in multi-colored candy coating, twist and jimmy a stick up his southerly you-know-what, and call him a sucker. A big, all-day Stupak Sucker.
When his initials are clearly “B.S.”, we should have made the connection and realized we were considered warned.
Enjoy the airports, Michigan citizens. This is the price Stupak paid for helping in the ramming through of socialized health care, the price paid for destroying America.

Three airports in the district of infamous fence-sitting and ultimately kowtowing Democrat Bart Stupak were awarded $726,409 in grants by the Obama Administration just two days before a vote on Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover of healthcare.
Did Stupak compromise his supposed principled stand against taxpayer funding of abortion in exchange for taxpayer dollars for pet projects?
Alpena County Regional Airport received a $85,500 grant, but had only 7,519 passenger boardings in 2008 (the most recent year for which there is information) according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) data. Alpena County Regional Airport serves fewer passengers than even the late Rep. John Murtha’s famous “Airport for Nobody.”
Delta County Airport has even less customers than that, but still received a $179,209 grant.
Chippewa County International Airport received a $461,700 grant, but had only 13,733 passenger boardings in 2008.
Will Stupak come clean about this apparent backroom deal for his vote?

Update: Apparently Stupak was planning to have all the unborn children he thought he was saving flown to northern Michigan for babysitting purposes, which is why he coincidentally announced these little airport enhancements.

The dictionary defines the slang word snookered as: to lead another into a situation in which all possible choices are undesirable; a trap. When I heard this morning that the White House was offering Congressman Bart Stupak, in exchange for his “yes” vote for Obamacare, an executive order that would in effect restore the vigor of the Hyde Amendment to the Federal ban on the use of Federal funds to pay for abortions, I said to myself, “ Stupak is being snookered!”

After months of huffing and puffing and playing the “hero of the unborn children role” to the hilt, Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) gave it up to the Queen Mum Pelosi and the Great Prevaricator.
After all these months refusing to approve a national health care bill which allows federal funding of abortions, Stupak was the drunk cheerleader in the back of the Obama team bus because the president signed a piece of paper. It’s not a legal amendment to the health care bill, and can be rescinded any time, but Bart feels better.
Congressman “B.S.” also just announced he’s getting $726,409 from the Deficiter-in-Chief for airport goodies in Michigan.
It gets better. It turns out someone was rolling tape on one of Stupak’s town hall speeches last year, and guess what? Stupak was lying all along about being a “pro-life Democrat.” He was pro-life and endorsed by the Michigan Right to Life organization to get elected, but that was THEN.
