Tea Party Express III is about to leave the station, so get on board, patriots!
I’ll be at the Phoenix rally on Sunday, and I know that Roxie, of the always excellent Diary of a Mad Conservative blog, will be attending the Searchlight rally on Saturday.
I’m really jazzed about it, and my unorthodox-pagan-her-hair-is-black-now, conservative-valued daughter is really pumped up about going (she’s almost 20 – she looks about 12 in the photo and in real life). Her boyfriend may also join us… should be a gloriously fun day! The spring weather in Phoenix is perfect right now.

We still have our signs from last year’s Phoenix Tax Day tea party, so may reuse them (frugality and all that good stuff), or we’ll make new ones tomorrow. Undecided yet.

The Tea Party Express is taking its message on the road again, setting off tomorrow on its biggest cross-country jaunt yet.
Setting off tomorrow from a “Mega Rally” in Searchlight, Nev.–Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s hometown–members of the Tea Party Express say they will take this message across the nation all the way to the White House:
“You, the politicians in Washington, have failed We The People with your bailouts, out-of-control deficit spending, government takeovers of sectors of the economy, Cap & Trade, government-run health care, and higher taxes! If you thought we were just going to quietly go away, or that this tea party movement would be just a passing fad, you were mistaken. We’re taking our country back!”

Sarah Palin is ready for a showdown with Harry Reid and the Socialist Party at the Searchlight Corral. She has ‘reloaded’ and is ‘ready to do battle’ for We the People who have been spit in the face by Reid, Pelosi, and Obama.
Harry Reid has been ‘targeted’ for removal from the US Senate at the ballot box in November. Reid has two chances for re-election: slim and none.

I see the Tea Party Express is due in Minneapolis MN. I would really like to attend that but cannot find a schedule that says when it will be here. Do you know the date(s) of the rally here ? Thank-you.
