Conservative pundits, economists, and journalists like Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin, Glenn Beck, Walter E. Williams, Thomas Sowell, and Sean Hannity have been warning about Obama’s socialist agenda for a very long time now — and this secret “Obama Army” that has been discovered in the DemCare bill (more on that in the video below) was predicted more than a year ago by Levin after he listened closely to one of Obama’s speeches long before he was president… yet another “you’ll find out what’s in it” shocker for those stupid American citizens, eh, Speaker Pelosi?
Little wonder Team Obama didn’t want Republican members of Congress (or any American voters) to have a chance to read this insidiously power-grabbing, economy-destroying bill before the House rushed to vote on it. Because, well, heck — then everyone would KNOW what Team Obama is trying to do to shred the Constitution. Can’t have any of that bothersome freedom of speech and “We the people” crap getting in the way of progress… common people, those not in the White House, might think THEY run this country and could possibly DISSENT even more loudly over this latest evidence of tyranny if they knew about it.
So they rushed through the health DEform bill, and hoped no one would catch the new multi-billion-dollar Obama military until it was too late.
History repeats itself… Adolf Hitler did something creepily similar to the steps leading up to ObamaCare… on March 23, 1933, in fact, which is exactly 77 years ago to the day that Democrat leaders bribed, cheated, lied, made closed-door sweetheart deals, and threatened elected representatives to pass ObamaCare in the House. It is horrifying how similar both acts are.
First of all, understand Hitler was a brilliant, charismatic speaker who said things in style, lied through his teeth and manipulated whatever he had to, to get a vote and power. His big dagger in the heart of the German people and constitution was to somehow get the vote by Parliament to pass his Enabling Act, which, due to contrived crises and manipulated need would give him total power, full power without the need of any more votes or Parliament.
Obama also seduced 60% of the nation, congress and most the media into not asking real questions and just believing his countless lies.
What did Hitler do? He first manufactured the need and crises.
Hitler promised Health care for everyone, jobs for 100% of the German people and protection from what he called the beginning of a widespread uprising. This was the mythological uprising he and his Nazi party created by burning down the German government building, causing huge panic and rage in the people. Hitler at the time blamed the horrific burning on the communists, thus he needed a vote for his Enabling Act to stop this out of control terror in Germany.
Napolitano, Homeland Security and Obama have called conservative Americans domestic terrorists, even returning Vets. We saw the other leaked report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) that listed Rev. Chuck Baldwin and Ron Paul and their followers of even being potential domestic terrorists.
In 1933, it was Jews and Communists. In 2010, not only does this growing enemy list seem anti Semitic and anti Israel, but Obama has new enemies to add. These include Christians, gun owners, pro lifers, Vets, Tea Party people, Republicans. Talk radio hosts and conservatives in general.

Hitler needed 31 non-Nazi votes to pass his draconian bill and shred his country’s constitution. He got those by promising a limited use of his power…only using it for critical reasons, he promised no more unemployment, peace with France, Great Britain and the Soviet Union and to sucker the Center Party to give him the votes he needed, he promised to give back some basic rights that had already been taken away from them.
Hitler spoke; Hitler lied; Hitler intimidated; Hitler promised jobs, health care and safety; and Hitler won the vote 441 to 84.
March 23, 1933, everything changed for Germany. After that vote, their constitution was shredded. The most evil dictator of our time would rise to power, shockingly, by the vote of the people in Parliament. Massive controls, mass murders targeting Jews, Communists, non-supporters of Hitler and world war followed.
The Germans believed the speeches….promises of health care, economic revival and jobs for all. No one thought in German Parliament that voting for Hitler’s Enabling Act would lead to the murder of millions of innocent people, destroy their freedom and bring WW2, but it did.

Obama shockingly also signed the constitution shredding, freedom stealing health care bill into law March 23, 2010 – 77 years later to the day. He also gave speech after speech on America’s ‘crisis’ of health care and need for massive Government intervention and correction.
This health care bill, like Hitler’s Enabling Act, forces many things on the American people. For the first time in U.S. history, it forces all Americans to have health insurance or face huge fines or even jail time. This is forced health insurance that the Government says is acceptable. Forcing the public to buy a product or service has never been done by our Government. Obama and Pelosi are currently distorting and hiding behind the ‘commerce’ clause. I have interviewed two constitutional attorneys on my national radio show. They confirmed that the commerce argument trying to validate this mandate was 100% false and taken completely out of context.
Obama couldn’t find a more intimidating, powerful and menacing control of health care than the dreaded and huge IRS. It is almost as if he put the military in control of tracking us with the potential intimidation and enforcement plans attached. It will be frightening enough with the IRS breathing down our throats. His plan of control kind of makes you think of the Nazi party.
Obama and the Democrats used the same intimation, bribes, and harassment and pay offs as Hitler did getting the votes to line up. We saw the Louisiana Purchase, Corn Husker payoffs and payoffs to Stupak Airports. All this and more suckered the pro life Democrats to sell out on the abortion issue. They shamefully caved in when our manipulative and lying President, Obama offered the executive order to stop tax payer money from paying for abortions. In talking with several constitutional attorneys on this, they all said that issuing an executive order was pure theater since NO EXECUTIVE ORDER CAN TRUMP A LAW JUST PASSED BY THE CONGRESS AND SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT.

Without Guns How would Americans Resist An Unconstitutional U.S. Government Takeover?
Obama never clarified what he meant when he stated in July 2008: We cannot continue to rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”
Obama’s recently expanded Veterans and other Corps and Obamacare provisions buried in the health bill mandated a 6,000-man army on U.S. Soil; all the aforementioned changes including the new army, are so broadly defined they could subsequently include most any function of government. Hitler’s Germany in the 1930’s during hard economic times, established Civilian Volunteer Patrols for the purported purpose of helping Citizens and to protect the Homeland. But shortly after Hitler’s patrols were established, the civilian volunteers were transformed into a neighborhood political enforcement and informant arm” of the Nazi Party working with Hitler’s private secret Police, the Gestapo. During this period, years before the Gestapo was consolidated with the German Government, the Gestapo arrested Citizens and confiscated private property with no legal authority. Gestapo is the contraction of Geheime Staatspolizei for Secret State Police.
In 1934 the Gestapo was placed under SS leader Heinrich Himmler Chief of German Police. Then in 1939 all German Police agencies were put under the control of the Reich Main Security Office” the equivalent of U.S. Homeland Security.
It will be interesting to see if Obama intends to use the new Obamacare 6,000-man army on U.S. Soil in violation of the Constitution.
Should it be expected U.S. private mercenary companies now paid extremely well by U.S. Government to provide security in Iraq, might attempt to secure contracts from the Obama Government to provide security in U.S. Cities, should America’s recession worsen causing crime and riots like those seen in Greece?
There appears to be nothing to stop U.S. Government deploying “American Citizens that are mercenaries” on U.S. soil to assist regular police or to accompany a “National Police Stabilization Force” alleged suggested in a recent NGO Rand Corporation Report provided the U.S. Army. The suggested “National Police Stabilization Force” would appear controlled by the Feds and might include in its ranks with federal police, local and state law enforcement. What would happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? Could this proposed National Police Stabilization Force involve Obama’s new 6,000-man army? Several U.S. private security companies now work with U.S. law enforcement agencies in America under federal quasi-government contracts, sharing information, locate for arrest individuals and share with government assets they cause to be forfeited from U.S. Citizens. In retrospect, Hitler created the Gestapo a secret “Private police organization that worked closely with German police to arrest and eliminate anyone that disagreed with the Nazi Government and to seize huge amounts of property from German Citizens.
Should the Obama Government contract private mercenaries on American soil; deploy in America Obama’s new 6,000-man army or create his proposed “civilian national security force” or similar force; it should be expected that any of these forces during a declared emergency that might last years, would discard your Constitutional rights including the Fourth Amendments, violate your private records and seize your arms. After the Nazi Government declared a State emergency against the Communists in 1933, Nazi officials proceeded without warrants to search Germans and their homes, confiscate their private arms, imprison Germans Citizens without cause and confiscate their property; Hitler’s volunteer corps often moved into confiscated homes.
Are You Scheduled For Government Interrogation If Senate bill 3081 Is Passed?
On March 4, 2010, Sen. John McCain introduced S.3081, The “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.”
Sen. McCain’s S.3081 would eliminate several Constitutional protections allowing Government to arbitrarily pick up Americans on mere suspicion—with no probable cause. Your political opinions and statements made against U.S. Government could be used by Authorities to deem you a “hostile” “Enemy Belligerent” to cause your arrest and indefinite detention. S.3081 is so broadly written innocent anti-war protesters and Tea Party Groups might be arrested and detained just for attending demonstrations; Government can charge that attending demonstrations “materially supported hostilities.”
Considering how often Sarah Palin defends Free Speech, one can’t help wonder why Palin is helping McCain’s reelection to the U.S. Senate after he introduced possibly the most anti-Free Speech Bill in Modern U.S. History. Perhaps Palin or her Tea Party supporters haven’t considered McCain’s legislation might be used by a corrupt government administration to crush them. Tea Parties might question Palin whether she supports Sen. McCain’s bill the “Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010.” (S.3081)
Under S.3081, an “individual” need only be Suspected by Government of “suspicious activity” or “supporting hostilities” to be dragged off and held indefinitely in Military Custody. Government will have the power to detain and interrogate any individual without probable cause. Government need only allege an individual kept in detention, is an Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent suspected of; having engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States; its coalition partners; or U.S. civilians. How could one prove to Government they did not purposely do something? “Materially Supporting Hostilities” against the United States could include any person or group that spoke out or demonstrated disapproval against an agency of U.S. Government. It is foreseeable many Americans might go underground to Resist Government Tyranny. Definition for Unprivileged Enemy Belligerent: (Anyone Subject to a Military Commission)
At least under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needed probable cause to detain a person indefinitely. Passage of S.3081 will permit government to use “mere suspicion” to curtail an individual’s Constitutional Protections against unlawful arrest, detention and interrogation without benefit of legal counsel and trial. According to S.3081 Government is not required to provide detained individuals U.S. Miranda Warnings or even an attorney.
S.3081 if passed will frighten Americans from speaking out. S.3081 is so broadly written, it appears any “individual” who writes on the Internet or verbally express an opinion against or an entity of U.S. Government or its coalition partners might be detained on the basis he or she is an “unprivileged enemy belligerent”, “supporting hostilities against U.S. Government.” The “supporting hostilities” provisions in S.3081 are so broad, that Government could use mere “suspicion” to detain U.S. corporate executives on the premise their corporations “supported hostilities” by providing goods or services to a nation engaged in hostilities against the United States.
How might Americans respond should Government use this bill to take away their loved ones, family members and friends on mere suspicion? It is foreseeable McCain’s bill will drive lawful political activists underground, perhaps creating the domestic terrorists McCain said we needed to be protected from.
McCain’s bill mentions “non-violent acts” supporting terrorism in the U.S. and or emanating from America against a Coalition Partner. Non-violent terrorist acts” are covered in the Patriot Act to prosecute Persons that support “coercion to influence a government or intimidation to affect a civilian population.” However, U.S. activists and individuals under S.3081 would be much more vulnerable to prosecution, if (charged with suspicion) of “intentionally providing support to an Act of Terrorism”, for example American activists can’t control what other activists might do illegally—they network with domestically and overseas. Under the Patriot Act, law enforcement generally needs probable cause to detain or prosecute someone. But under S.3081, law enforcement and the military can too easily use (hearsay or informants) to allege “suspicious activity” to detain an individual. It is problematic under S.3081 that detained individuals in the U.S. not involved in terrorism or hostile activities, not given Miranda Warnings or allowed legal counsel will be prosecuted for ordinary crimes because of their alleged admissions while in military custody.
Notably, McCain’s S.3081 mandates (merging) Federal, State and Local Police and subsequently the U.S. Military to detain and hold Individuals in the U.S., even without probable cause. Interestingly a Rand Report prepared for the Army, recently made public, appears to suggest that U.S. Government develop a Local, State and Federal U.S. “National Police Stabilization Force merging State law enforcement with the Feds. What could happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? A National Police Force could potentially be sent by the President into any State with the approval of its governor, against the wishes of its Citizens? To clarify the Rand Corporation report visit:

Historically it is foreseeable under S.3081 that “erroneous informant information” could be used to detain innocent Individuals. Other countries have used lying informants to imprison; even execute political opposition.
Under S.3081 government may use an individual’s phone call and email information to allege without probable cause “suspicious or hostile activity against a U.S. civilian population or the United States to detain Americans.”

FYI: below is enclosed a copy of “Hitler’s Discriminatory Decrees signed February 28, 1933.” Although the Nazi Decrees are written differently than S.3081, the McCain bill could bring America to the same place crushing free speech and personal liberty. Note how the Nazi Government in Section (1) and (4), similar to U.S. S.3081, suspend personal liberty— shutdown Free Speech to intimidate Citizens speaking out against Government:

McCain’s S.3081 instead mentions detaining and prosecuting Individuals for “supporting hostilities” against U.S. Government. S.3081 is so broadly written any person or group attending a protest could be arrested without provable cause and detained if government charged a protest-supported hostilities.

Whoever provokes, or appeals for or incites to the disobedience of the orders given out by the supreme state authorities or the authorities subject to then for the execution of this decree, or the orders given by the Reich Government according to Section 2, is punishable—insofar as the deed, is not covered by the decree with more severe punishment and with imprisonment of not less that one month, or with a fine from 150 up to 15,000 Reichsmarks.

In virtue of Section 48 (2) of the German Constitution, the following is decreed as a defensive measure against Communist acts of Violence, endangering the state:

Thus, restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press, on the right of assembly and the right of association, and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, and warrants for house-searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.
Section 2
If in a state the measures necessary for the restoration of public security and order are not taken, the Reich Government may temporarily take over the powers of the highest state authority.

Whoever provokes, or appeals for or incites to the disobedience of the orders given out by the supreme state authorities or the authorities subject to then for the execution of this decree, or the orders given by the Reich Government according to Section 2, is punishable—insofar as the deed, is not covered by the decree with more severe punishment and with imprisonment of not less that one month, or with a fine from 150 up to 15,000 Reichsmarks.
Who ever endangers human life by violating Section 1, is to be punished by sentence to a penitentiary, under mitigating circumstances with imprisonment of not less than six months and, when violation causes the death of a person, with death, under mitigating circumstances with a penitentiary sentence of not less that two years. In addition the sentence my include confiscation of property.
Whoever provokes an inciter to or act contrary to public welfare is to be punished with a penitentiary sentence, under mitigating circumstances, with imprisonment of not less than three months.
Section 5
The crimes which under the Criminal Code are punishable with penitentiary for life are to be punished with death: i.e., in Sections 81 (high treason), 229 (poisoning), 306 (arson), 311 (explosion), 312 (floods), 315, paragraph 2 (damage to railroad properties, 324 (general poisoning).
Insofar as a more severe punishment has not been previously provided for, the following are punishable with death or with life imprisonment or with imprisonment not to exceed 15 years:
1. Anyone who undertakes to kill the Reich President or a member or a commissioner of the Reich Government or of a state government, or provokes to such a killing, or agrees to commit it, or accepts such an offer, or conspires with another for such a murder;
2. Anyone who under Section 115 (2) of the Criminal Code (serious rioting) or of Section 125 (2) of the Criminal Code (serious disturbance of the peace) commits the act with arms or cooperates consciously and intentionally with an armed person;
3. Anyone who commits a kidnapping under Section 239 of the Criminal with the intention of making use of the kidnapped person as a hostage in the political struggle.

This decree enters in force on the day of its promulgation.
