Scumbag Illegal Aliens Nearly Murder AZ Deputy in Pinal County, AZ Rep Grijalva Wants Boycott of His State, No Answer on Drugs Entering His District via Mexico Border (video)

I’ve been listening to this story unfold on the radio with dread today, and thank the Lord it has a happy ending. “Happy” in that the Arizona law enforcement officer was finally found and he did not die from his gunshot wound to the stomach.
A gunshot wound to the stomach delivered by scumbag illegal aliens. Oops. “Suspected undocumented immigrants” I suppose I should have stated.
Bad me.
Here’s the full report on the shooting of the law enforcement officer from Arizona News 12, Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy shot after traffic stop:
A Pinal County Sheriff’s deputy was shot in the stomach Friday by an undocumented immigrant off Interstate 8, according sheriff’s officials.
Lt. Tami Villar told 12 News that the search and rescue deputy was investigating a load of marijuana in the desert and was confronted by five suspects. She also said the wounded deputy is expected to survive.
Deputies believe at least two people were armed with long guns and at least one handgun. The deputy, whose name was not released, was patrolling alone in what is considered a high-traffic drug and human-smuggling corridor.
Villar said the deputy radioed dispatch about 4:30 p.m. to say he had been shot off Interstate 8 and Arizona 84, but he could not be found when authorities arrived at the scene.
The deputy was located more than an hour later and taken to the Casa Grande Medical Center for treatment.
His condition was not available.
The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office dispatched a helicopter and members of its SWAT team to Pinal County to assist in the case, said department spokesman Lt. Brian Lee. Lee said at 5:45 p.m. there were reports over the police scanner that suspects were shooting at a police helicopter. Lee did not know which agency was operating the helicopter.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio was headed to Pinal County to assist in the investigation, Lee said. The Border Patrol has sent agents to assist the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office with the investigation, said Mario Escalante, a Border Patrol spokesman assigned to the Tucson sector.
“We are headed out to assist,” he said.
Have you heard about the Arizona boycott that is being pushed on TV and radio by Rep. Raúl Grijalva? He’s not a wacko from San Francisco or from New York… stunningly, he’s an Arizona elected representative.
Grijalva has jumped on the “I don’t care about the safety of the citizens, just the perceived rights of non-citizens” bandwagon, and despite being an elected state representative for Arizona’s Pinal and Pima counties, has been media-hogging all this week for the nation to boycott spending money in Arizona. Because nothing says “I’m a trusted representative of my constituents than hoping our state goes belly up during the worst economic recession in 30 years, and I’ll be the head cheerleader to make it happen.”
Oh, not the entire state… “just” the convention business, because he “wants to send a message” and Grijalva’s really a “compassionate” elected official when he isn’t grandstanding against the Arizona illegal immigration law. Or, when he walks away from a reporter when asked what he’s going to do about sealing the border to prevent the out-of-control illegal drug running from Mexico’s criminals crossing his county’s border. What a weasel…

Well, in fairness, “are you against illegal drugs coming across the border” is a loaded question to ask a man who’s position on the border issue ultimately protects some of the couriers (::cough:: potential Democrat voters ::cough::) at the expense of many legitimate Arizona businesses and residents who are victimized by border inaction on a daily basis.
Here’s a map of Rep. Grijalva’s District 7… notice that he supposedly represents the AZ citizens (not the illegal aliens) who live in one of the most dangerous areas of the state outside of Phoenix — the cities near the Mexican border in Pima County. He also serves a portion of the citizens living in Pinal County — which is the county where the AZ deputy was nearly murdered today by illegal aliens.

Grijalva, who represents a southern Arizona House district, has called the new Arizona immigration law “racist.” On Thursday, Grijalva said he wants outside organizations to cancel convention and conference business in the state “until it recognizes civil rights and the meaning of due process. We don’t want to sustain this effort any longer than necessary. It’s about sending a message.”
That’s peachy, Mr. Politician. Send a message to the Pinal County deputy’s family tonight. And while you’re at it, you might want to send one to murdered rancher Robert Krentz’s family.
