One day only, May 22 -- all solid color flip-flops at Old Navy are 1 dollar
The lines at Old Navy tomorrow will be long, but if you love flip-flops for those lazy-hazy summer days at the beach, pool, or running about town on errands, it is well worth the minor sacrifice for the savings. They’re also a necessity to wear when showering at the gym (protect your feet from being infected by other people’s foot cooties), so stock up.
Important note: Limit 5 per person.
There’s not much that can you buy for a dollar these days that isn’t eaten up in 5 minutes… BTW, this $1 special on flip-flops is not offered online.

I seriously *heart* flip-flops. If you were to go into my closet right now, you’d be able to count at least a dozen pairs, but my husband doesn’t complain because he knows I’ve stocked up at the rock-bottom price of $1 during the annual Old Navy Flip-Flop sale! This year’s sale will be held on Saturday, May 22nd, in stores only.

Popular clothing retailer Old Navy recently announced it will be holding a one-day only sale on Flip Flops. Shoppers will be able to purchase flip flops for just $1. All adults and kids solid-colored models are on sale.
Old Navy also tweeted about the sale, saying that buyers who purchase $100 or more at Old Navy’s website will receive an additional 25 percent. Simply enter ONEGET24 to redeem.
As for Old Navy’s flip flop 2010 sale, be sure to stick to solid colors only – metallic’s and patterns are not on sale. There is also a limit of five pairs of sandals per customer.
Old Navy offers a variety of designer, comfortable clothes that are affordable and don’t look too cheap. Stores open at 7 a.m.

Classic Old Navy commercial, with Carrie Donovan, fashion editor at the New York Times. Donovan passed away at age 73 in November 2001, so this commercial is at least 10 years old. In all, “the woman with the big glasses” appeared in 42 Old Navy ads (didn’t know you were going to get some Old Navy trivia, eh?).
