Krauthammer Slams Team Obama: “This Administration Is Lawless” for Denying Arizona Federal Protection and Legal Process of Illegal Aliens (video)

Political expert and columnist Charles Krauthammer called the Obama Administration “lawless” after a top official at ICE announced that they will not process illegal aliens arrested in the state of Arizona.

As a proud resident of and taxpayer in the state of Arizona, I’m aghast and sickened by this new ugly chapter in our government’s tyranny of citizens’ rights — those rights and government protections take a back seat to the unconstitutional rights of non-citizens.
The cavalier and/or vicious manner our Commander in Chief and his cronies have been dismissing our illegal immigration problems and are now bashing our state — nearly on an hourly basis — is without precedent. No other state in recent memory has been attacked by the federal government on national TV and in other news sources than Arizona has been by the Obama administration.
John Morton, an official with Immigration and Customs Enforcement — aka ICE — has announced that the agency won’t process illegal aliens arrested in Arizona. Homeland Security czarina Janet Napolitano has also made the same threat this week, adding that a new ICE bureau policy could restrict the consequences of the Arizona law.
Appalling.
The federal government’s lack of satisfactory response in this illegal immigration problem for decades, with many requests for assistance, prompted the necessity for the state to finally take its own action to protect the citizenry, for Gov. Jan Brewer to sign into law SB1070. A majority of Arizonans support the state law. So, in punitive retaliation and undermining of the state’s law, the federal government is denying constitutional protection of all Arizona’s citizens from illegal aliens by withholding ICE law enforcement, simply because Barack Obama and his pro-illegal-alien minions don’t “like” the illegal immigration law — which is mirrored after the federal law on immigration.
No hopenchange for Arizona anymore, eh? Last time I looked, Arizona is one of the states protected by our Constitution, and on January 20, 2009, Obama took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
Mr. President, you are a lawless, bullying leader. And if illegal aliens know that ICE won’t process them, likely just letting them go, you’ve empowered them to be even more criminal.

I would love for this to go all the way to the Supreme Court. And if they strike it down, it will show the entire nation (the majority of whom are in favor of this law) just what kind of Court we are getting thanks to Obama.
Load the illegals on buses and dump them on San Francisco.
Or Washington DC. Drop them off in front of the White House.
And prosecute this president for dereliction of duty. He swore to protect this country and uphold the Constitution. Instead he is doing everything he can to dismantle both. That ought to be considered treasonous. Why isn’t anyone whispering the “t” word in this country?

I have said he is potentially guilty of treason after the speech he made against this country in Germany while campaigning for office. Merkel said he was out of line then.
There are too many ‘deer in the headlights’ people in this country that have no clue as to what is going on and still think he is fantastic.
He to this day is still demeaning this country on the world stage, and in front of the American People. His arrogance knows no bounds.
