Democrat Voter Fraud? Sen. Al Franken in Minnesota May Have Benefited from Voter Fraud, Findings Show Convicted Felons Voted in Election

Al Franken may have won US Senate election in Minnesota through voter fraud
Why is it when voter fraud is discovered, just about 100% of the votes cast are for DEMOCRAT CANDIDATES?
Most of us thought that SNL leftist alumni Al Franken getting elected to the US Senate in Minnesota last year was funny… and not in a “funny-ha ha” kinda way, but more of a “funny-peculiar” and “funny-smelling” kinda way.
New information about alleged Democrat voter fraud (and not just in the state of Minnesota, but that’s another post, another time, boys and girls) is coming to light.
In MN, it appears that numerous convicted Democrat felons voting illegally may have given Franken his teeny-tiny edge to victory. As you may recall, the difference in the number of votes (after Franken and Democrats demanded at least one recount) between Franken and Sen. Norm Coleman was a scant 312 votes. Findings indicate that at least 341 felons illegally voted for Franken.
So, chances are, Coleman was the rightful winner of the Senate race in Minnesota. Fat lot of good that does anyone now.
It feels like ACORN had a few dirty fingers (or hands) in this toxic fraud pie, and this is likely just the tip of the iceberg. If they threw in a few fraudulent Republican or Independent votes once in a while, maybe they’d get away with fraud more often — the corrupt community organization can’t ever again do business in Ohio, although ACORN is frantically renaming and rebranding itself across the country. Gotta be ready for trying to pull off more voter registration fraud before November…
Additionally, there is now compelling information coming from whistle-blower J. Christian Adams that the Team Obama Department of Justice permitted voter fraud in Minnesota in the past election… in the radio interview below, Adams maintains that the DOJ is failing to enforce election laws and cites the investigation done by Minnesota Majority that revealed non-eligible persons are appearing on Minnesota voter roles — h/t to Hot Air.
KTLK-FM, Chris Baker: DOJ Enabled Voter Fraud in Minnesota | July 8, 2010
Reported by FOX News, Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Franken Over the Top in Minnesota, Study Finds:
The six-month election recount that turned former “Saturday Night Live” comedian Al Franken into a U.S. senator may have been decided by convicted felons who voted illegally in Minnesota’s Twin Cities.
That’s the finding of an 18-month study conducted by Minnesota Majority, a conservative watchdog group, which found that at least 341 convicted felons in largely Democratic Minneapolis-St. Paul voted illegally in the 2008 Senate race between Franken, a Democrat, and his Republican opponent, then-incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman.
The final recount vote in the race, determined six months after Election Day, showed Franken beat Coleman by 312 votes — fewer votes than the number of felons whose illegal ballots were counted, according to Minnesota Majority’s newly released study, which matched publicly available conviction lists with voting records.
Furthermore, the report charges that efforts to get state and federal authorities to act on its findings have been “stonewalled.”
“We aren’t trying to change the result of the last election. That legally can’t be done,” said Dan McGrath, Minnesota Majority’s executive director. “We are just trying to make sure the integrity of the next election isn’t compromised.”
He said his group was largely ignored when it turned over a list of hundreds of names to prosecutors in two of the state’s largest counties, Ramsey and Hennepin, where fraud seemed to be the greatest.
From Associated Content, Al Franken May Have Been Elected to Senate by Voter Fraud, Study Suggests:
As a practical and legal matter, Franken cannot be expelled from the Senate at this late date. The goal of the Minnesota Majority is to attempt to maintain the integrity of future elections.
But, the idea that Al Franken was elected to the United States Senate based on voter fraud should be sobering. Franken’s election provided the Senate with the filibuster-proof majority it enjoyed until the election of Scott Brown from Massachusetts. Franken’s vote proved to be invaluable in passing much of the Obama agenda, including the stimulus package and health care reform.
Had the voter fraud been caught sooner, Norm Coleman would likely still be in the United States Senate, and the Obama administration, thus far, would have taken a different course.
Hennepin County, which includes Minneapolis, is so far declining to investigate further.
A spokesperson for Minnesota Majority suggests that the result of that organization’s study shows the need for voter reform. Voter rolls should be flagged immediately against felon lists so, that attempted votes by convicted felons can be challenged in a more timely fashion.
In the meantime, Senator Franken’s political standing, already low in Minnesota due to his personal demeanor and his mediocre performance as a senator, is likely to take another hit. He will remain in the Senate, most likely, until 2014. But, any prospect he has for reelection is now in doubt.
From WizBang, Franken Elected by Felons?:
What is most annoying about these (unexpected!) findings is that one just knew that such shenanigans were in the mix as soon as the election was close. It is critical for a democracy to function that elections remain free of such corruption. The tenant that “if the people elected don’t do the will of the people they will be voted out of office” only holds true if those elected don’t control the elections.
Such charges should be very serious yet a search on keywords such as “felons vote Franken” return only the FoxNews link above and hundreds of conservative pundits talking about it. Ill-advised laws pushed through Congress via bureaucratic trickery may cause economic disaster but they can always be overturned or replaced by the next administration. But if elections don’t remain free then what guarantee is there that there will be a next administration?
From Pat Dollard, Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Al Franken Over The Top In Minnesota, Study Finds:
[Dan McGrath] said his group was largely ignored when it turned over a list of hundreds of names to prosecutors in two of the state’s largest counties, Ramsey and Hennepin, where fraud seemed to be the greatest.
A spokesman for both county attorneys’ offices belittled the information, saying it was “just plain wrong” and full of errors, which prompted the group to go back and start an in-depth look at the records.
“What we did this time is irrefutable,” McGrath said. “We took the voting lists and matched them with conviction lists and then went back to the records and found the roster lists, where voters sign in before walking to the voting booth, and matched them by hand.
“The only way we can be wrong is if someone with the same first, middle and last names, same year of birth as the felon, and living in the same community, has voted. And that isn’t very likely.”
The report said that in Hennepin County, which in includes Minneapolis, 899 suspected felons had been matched on the county’s voting records, and the review showed 289 voters were conclusively matched to felon records. The report says only three people in the county have been charged with voter fraud so far.
A representative of the Hennepin County attorney’s office, who declined to give her name, said “there was no one in the office today to talk about the charges.”
But the report got a far different review in Ramsey County, which contains St. Paul. Phil Carruthers of the Ramsey County attorney’s office said his agency had taken the charges “very seriously” and found that the Minnesota Majority “had done a good job in their review.”
The report says that in Ramsey, 460 names on voting records were matched with felon lists, and a further review found 52 were conclusive matches.

[...] Democrat Voter Fraud? Sen. Al Franken in Minnesota May Have … [...]
“In the meantime, Senator Franken’s political standing, already low in Minnesota due to his personal demeanor and his mediocre performance as a senator….”
As if Franken’s demeanor and future voting record wasn’t 100% predictable based on his rude behavior during the campaign, anti-conservative (anti-traditional America) comedy skits and writing, and as a part of the elitist, left-wing Hollywood and New York entertainment communities.
What in the world were you possibly expecting to be different, Minnesotans?
I am surprised they didn’t run some of his snl skits in opposition to his candidacy. Just the “Al Franken Generation” skits should have let Mn. know what it was in for. Remember? … “What’s in it for me, Al Franken?” … & “How does that affect me, Al Franken?”. Of course, he fits in well with the rest of the obambie administration.
Can’t wait until we get a REAL person like Sarah Palin in office. We’ve had enough of these media manufactured “leaders”
Why do you report “In MN, it appears that numerous convicted Democrat felons voting illegally may have given Franken his teeny-tiny edge to victory”
Even FOX doesn’t twist the findings like this. The study didn’t conclude that these felons were Dems or that they voted for Franken. Why do you guys say that it does?
You obviously didn’t read the FOX news report, nor the other reports, nor the links provided. And looking at what ACORN has been found guilty of in the past year with voter registration fraud across the nation, registering only Democrat voters (and there is evidence that in a number of states, they throw away Republican registrations), and many of the registrations are fraudulent (i.e., dead people, cartoon characters, sports figures, fake names of people who vote more than once), the likelihood that these were Republicans are slim to none. I’ve written on this topic of voter registration fraud many times and have done a hefty amount of research… check out my posts on this blog – I provide links. The FBI is still investigating ACORN’s voter registration actions in a number of states.
The words “appears” and “may” are now TWISTING? Far from it. You’re being obtuse. Yes, read the reports, Michael. It does indeed appear that because a substantial number of felons voted illegally and that number of votes exceeds that which Coleman lost by, that Franken may have achieved his win fraudulently. More investigation is needed, but I’m not the only one who has reached this conclusion.
I’m not blaming Franken for the illegal votes, just those who illegally voted and those who registered them to vote (ACORN). And sorry – statistically, felons are usually liberals and a disproportionate number of felons are minorities, a majority of whom are liberals who vote Democrat (if they vote). I’m connecting the dots from a number of sources and findings, and if startling new evidence comes out that the voting fraud with these felons was for casting illegal Republican votes (which I sincerely doubt it will), I’ll apologize to the felons and write a retraction. I’m not worried. I believe more will be dug up on this and will be exposed. In the meantime, “appears” and “may” are perfectly accurate terms when expressing commentary or opinion.
Many liberals, much like convicted criminals, operate in a “born victim’ mode… many not accepting blame for their actions, blaming others for their misfortunes, not willing to work hard to earn an honest living, usually eager for government handouts or other people’s property and/or welfare entitlements. A few of the votes cast by the felons in Minnesota could indeed be Republicans, but based on trends and history and ACORN’s voter registration scandals, plus it is a blue state, I’m afraid you’re defending a lost cause.
If the felon votes had been cast by Republicans, why was the investigation thwarted by Democrats? If they could have exposed conservative felons, they would have bent over backwards to do so. I believe the left-wing media would have had that as a headline for a week. Instead, they buried it until they could no longer. This story is just beginning to break.
“This story is just beginning to break.”
If only that was true.
The mainstream media boys will bury this story, too. It strikes too closely to the Dread Lord’s own election tactics. Watch and see.
Did I just call Obama “the Dread Lord”? Yes, yes I did. His thuggish tactics are becoming more and more unbelievably fiction-like (in the USA, anyway) every day, so he should have a fictional-character-sounding title.
All hail the Dread Lord!!
I never thought Al Franken was all that funny. Too much anger and too much ego. Same goes now for him being a senator. Minnesota needs to make sure they don’t make the same mistake again.
Franken is an embarrassment for the state of Minnesota. Makes sense that he probably won the Senate seat unethically.
Franken is a clown. Cant stand him.
Sorry, this is not as it is being reported. Being hyped up. And, just so you know – in MN, unless you do time, or if you do time and are discharged – you rights to vote are restored.
This is really getting old. Hope people don’t get too excited for something really big here.
I have been going through what the “claims” are – a little shaky yet to get all hyped up
Restored for convicted felons? I’d have to investigate that, because I know that is not the case for many states. If you’re right, and Minnesota is an exception and voting is restored to convicted felons, then that would put a whole different slant on this. Thx for the input.
Here is the link. It shows under what circumstances a felon, or ex-felon can vote, or why they may not be able to.
sorry, didn’t get it pasted the first time. http://felonvoting.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=286
Thanks for the link. For Minnesota, it states “People with felony convictions may vote upon completion of all supervised release.” I’m not clear on what “all supervised release” is. Would that be completion of the felons’ parole obligations? That’s my take on it.
I checked the statutes, just to be sure – and it does state the same thing. If you are on parole, you cannot vote, but there are some instances were people can here too.
Also, those databases are not a complete list – it has a lot of old information. You also have to take into consideration that MN, being a bit more Democratic friendly – also has a lot of Conservative type Dems and a lot more Progressive type Republicans – so that Coleman (who was once a Democrat as well) would have had Democrats vote for him as well. Many didn’t know Franken and just related to him as what they knew about him which was his show business comedy, so just because he was a democrat – didn’t get him all the votes from those who normally vote democratic. We have a lot of independents here as well. I watched the Court Case live as it was happening, so – I know what happen inside the court room as well.
