Liars Never Prosper… Disgraced Oregon Teacher Jason Levin Quits Before Being Fired for His “Crash the Tea Party” Activities

Back in April, Oregon middle school teacher and left-wing extremist Jason Levin was put on administrative leave because of his now defunct website “Crash the Tea Party.” This moron was interviewed by Talking Points Memo, and admitted that the mission of his “Crash the Tea Party” group was to discredit the tea party movement using any means necessary, including deceptively dressing up like Nazis and being obnoxious and disruptive while attending tea party events.
Levin hoped that he and other statist freedom haters would be able to fool the American public with their lies, blatantly racist signs, and Hitler costumes into believing that they were legitimate tea party attendees. If he couldn’t prove with facts or evidence that tea partiers were racist, well, by golly, he’d LIE about it. It’s what left-wing extremists do best.
It gets better. Levin encouraged his twisted readers to impersonate poll takers/petition gatherers at tea party events so as to collect, under false pretenses, people’s personal information — such as Social Security numbers, addresses, phone numbers — so that he and his group could use this ill-gotten data against them in various nefarious ways. Uh, not only is that unethical, I believe it’s illegal…
Additionally, it looked like Levin worked on his disgusting website and “crash plan” during school time… our taxpayers’ dollars hard at work.
Just the kind of low-life, lying scum puppy that we parents want in our classrooms, teaching and molding our impressionable children. Not.
Well, this worm was investigated and has suddenly resigned… looks like he was about to be canned by the school district.
Score one more for the good guys.

The Oregon teacher who declared his mission to “dismantle and demolish” the Tea Party movement resigned before getting the ax, a school spokeswoman told FoxNews.com.
“He resigned earlier this week, on Monday,” Maureen Wheeler of the Beaverton School District said. “He resigned in lieu of termination.”
Wheeler said Levin learned the results of the district’s investigation and resigned. She would not comment on those investigative results.
Conestoga Middle School media lab teacher Jason Levin became national news back in April when he announced his intention to bring down the Tea Party on his “Crash the Tea Party” website and in media interviews.
The now-ex Conestoga Middle School media lab teacher said in April that he would seek to embarrass Tea Partiers by attending their rallies dressed as Adolf Hitler, carrying signs bearing racist, sexist and anti-gay epithets and acting as offensively as possible — anything short of throwing punches.
In a post on his now defunct website, Levin once called on his supporters to collect the Social Security numbers—among other personal identifying information—about as many Tea Party supporters as possible at rallies taking place across the country on Tax Day.
“Some other thoughts are to ask people at the rally to sign a petition renouncing socialism. See just how much info you can get from these folks (name address, DOB, Social Security #). The more data we can mine from the Tea Partiers, the more mayhem we can cause with it!!!!” he wrote.
In an April interview with Talking Points Memo, Levin said of his plans, “Our goal is that whenever a Tea Partier says ‘Barack Obama was not born in America,’ we’re going be right there next to them saying, ‘Yeah, in fact he wasn’t born on Earth! He’s an alien!’”
Complaints from around the nation flooded the school district’s office and Levin was suspended in April as the school district investigated whether he had used school time or resources to engage in political activism. The state’s licensing board also launched its own investigation.
On Friday, the Oregonian reported that the teacher’s state licensing board is still conducting their own investigation into Levin.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — School officials say a Beaverton, Ore., middle school teacher whose “Crash the Tea Party” Internet campaign drew national attention has resigned in lieu of termination.
The Oregonian reports that Jason Levin resigned Wednesday.
Beaverton School District legal counsel Camellia Osterink would not say why Levin was facing dismissal, but said that it followed an internal investigation into his use of public resources and school time in connection with his work on the website, the now defunct crashtheteaparty.org.
Levin declined to comment Friday. His lawyer could not be reached for comment.
The Oregonian reports that the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission is still considering whether to revoke Levin’s teaching license.
