Even in Death, Michael Jackson Pursued: Lawsuit from MJ’s Former Landlord in Las Vegas

Even a year after his untimely death, the late “King of Pop” Michael Jackson is being pursued.
His former landlord of his Las Vegas home is suing the late pop star’s estate for alleged damage to the home, to the the tune of nearly a quarter-of-a-million dollars.

Michael Jackson’s former landlord is suing the late singer’s estate over unpaid bills for damage allegedly done to Jackson’s Las Vegas home, TMZ reported.
Aner Iglesias, the landlord, is seeking $234,000 for damage he says Jackson did to the interior and exterior of the home and to the telephone and security systems. Jackson lived in the home in 2008 and 2009.
Iglesias said he filed the lawsuit because he had previously filed a creditor’s claim with Jackson’s estate but the estate did not respond.

Michael Jackson’s former Las Vegas landlord is suing the MJ Estate — claiming he never received $234,000 for damage the singer allegedly caused to the home during his stay from 2008 to 2009.
The landlord — Aner Iglesias — had previously filed a creditor’s claim with the Estate … but dude says the administrators blew him off … so he’s decided to file the suit.
According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jackson damaged the exterior and interior of the home, and screwed up the phone and alarm system.
Reps for the MJ Estate could not be reached for comment.

Michael Jackson allegedly left his Las Vegas mansion in shambles — this according to the latest in an endless stream of creditor’s claims filed against the estate.
Aner Iglesias is demanding $234,000 from Michael’s estate, to repair damages to the exterior and interior of the home, and to replace the phone and alarm system.
Aner claims the $234k is just an estimate — the price tag may go up.
