The political corruption just keeps on puking itself out all over on America. More election/voter fraud on trial now — this time in New Jersey with the former mayoral candidate and councilman of Atlantic City. Arrogant, criminal “autograph parties” were allegedly held in 2009, in which NJ absentee ballots were steamed open and replaced or destroyed.
What scum. Attempts last month to dismiss all the voter-fraud charges because of “selective prosecution” were thrown out by the judge. Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small, an unsuccessful mayoral candidate in the June 2009 Democratic primary, and 13 others who worked on his campaign were indicted last year on charges of election fraud.
Oh, and they are all Democrats.
This NJ election fraud story has pretty much been buried by the liberal press… the New Jersey publications are covering it, but none of the national ones, that I can see. George Soros’ Media Matters disputed the evidence of NJ election fraud last year, maligning John Fund and Andrew Brietbart’s Big Government, but has not printed any retractions nor updates nor notification of the case against Councilman Small and his Democrat campaign associates. A key word search on the Media Matters site revealed there is NO MENTION, not even a whispered aside, of the pending New Jersey election fraud case.

May I have another slice of ultra-liberal media bias à la mode, please? With a double scoop of sugar-coated lies on top?
Are you paying attention, New Jersey voters? And I sincerely hope that Gov. Christie ends up doing some serious butt kickin’ over this.
Please be assured that I know that conservatives and Republicans are imperfect, that they are not pure as the driven snow, that they, being flawed human beings, are just as capable of wrongdoing and lawbreaking as any other person. They do seem to possess a higher moral code than do most liberals (“lies, no matter how big or how vile, are good if they get you what you want”) and most Democrats in Congress (again, “lies, no matter how big or how vile, are good if they get you what you want”), but that doesn’t mean that the code isn’t broken by conservatives. Just far less often.
Has anyone noticed that ALL the voter fraud, voter registration fraud, and election improprieties discovered in the PAST FEW YEARS have been carried out by liberals, by registered Democrats? That ACORN and/or SEIU have been involved in a vast majority of them? There are no such as coincidences, just as all bloody terrorist attacks in the past few years across the globe have been carried out by Muslims.

ATLANTIC CITY — Ten people in New Jersey have rejected plea deals and will stand trial on ballot fraud charges.
Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small and the others told a judge on Monday they knew they risked long prison sentences if they’re convicted.
Prosecutors said “autograph parties” were held in which absentee ballots were steamed open and replaced or destroyed.
The charges stem from Small’s failed primary bid to seek the Democratic nomination for mayor in 2009. Incumbent Lorenzo Langford beat Small and a third candidate.
Under terms of the plea deal, Small was offered a sentence that likely would have had him out of prison after a year and a half.
Small was acquitted of similar charges two years ago and he has said he will fight the latest charges.

A worker for the unsuccessful primary mayoral campaign of Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small pleaded guilty Tuesday to engaging in fraud involving messenger absentee ballots during the June Democratic primary.
Ronald Harris, 23, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree conspiracy to commit absentee ballot fraud before state Superior Court Judge Robert Neustadter in Mays Landing, according to state Criminal Justice Director Deborah L. Gramiccioni.
Under the plea agreement, the state will recommend that Harris be sentenced to a term of probation, conditioned upon him serving up to 364 days in the Atlantic County Jail. He may face a fine of up to $15,000.
Harris was charged in a 10-count state grand jury indictment returned on Sept. 3, which also charged Small and 12 other campaign workers and operatives. The indictment resulted from an investigation led by the Division of Criminal Justice Corruption Bureau and the State Police Official Corruption Bureau.
In pleading guilty, Harris admitted that he conspired with others involved in Small’s mayoral campaign to submit false documents related to the procurement, casting, or tabulation of messenger absentee ballots in the primary.
The charges are pending against the remaining defendants. Small and the other defendants are each charged in the indictment with conspiracy, four counts of election fraud, absentee ballot fraud, tampering with public records, falsifying records, and forgery. Four defendants are also charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution.
The indictment alleges that Small and the other defendants conspired to commit election fraud through the following schemes, among others:
* They allegedly solicited applications for messenger absentee ballots from individuals not qualified to receive them and had the voters not fill in the name of the messenger, so they could fraudulently designate themselves as the authorized messengers or bearers.
* They allegedly obtained messenger ballots from the county clerk and submitted them to the board of elections as vote s on behalf of voters who, in fact, never received or voted the ballots or, in some cases, were given only the security envelope for the ballot and were told to sign it. Those voters were not given the opportunity to vote in most instances.
* They allegedly picked up sealed absentee ballots from voters, unsealed them and, if they were votes for mayoral candidates other than Small, destroyed them, thereby disenfranchising those voters. If they were votes for Small, they allegedly resealed them and submitted them as votes.
* They allegedly illegally instructed voters to fill in messenger ballots as votes for Small.
* They allegedly submitted voter registration applications and messenger ballot applications on behalf of individuals who were not residents of Atlantic City, falsely representing they were.
* They allegedly forged the signatures of voters on messenger ballots.
* They allegedly fraudulently delivered messenger ballot applications and messenger ballots to voters simultaneously and instructed the voters to fill out both during the same visit.
Before I get hammered by liberal trolls who will want to blame Bush, I ask this: Can you name one case in the past few years of election or voter fraud that was perpetrated by a conservative organization or representative or politician?
If I’m wrong that all this election fraud crap has been spearheaded exclusively by Democrats, I apologize in advance, but I’d like there to be a shred of proof that tea partiers or conservatives or Republicans have perpetrated the same despicable violations in our election process as have these liberal, socialist corruptocrats.
Makes you wonder if all this Democrat cheating and voter fraud hijacked any number of elections, if it booted Hillary Clinton out of the running for president in 2008, or John McCain, for that matter.
