On Obama's expectation of Republicans cooperating with him to pass his unpopular policies after the November elections, Rush Limbaugh asks, 'Has Obama moved from the White House to the Neverland Ranch?

In a recent New York Times interview with correspondent Peter Baker, Pres. Barack Obama predicted that “his political rivals will either be chastened by falling short of their electoral goals or burdened with the new responsibility that comes from achieving them.” Either way, POTUS believes that the GOP will suddenly start embracing and supporting his radical agenda after the November 2 elections.

Head-scratching time… POTUS went to Harvard and I didn’t, but even little ol’ public-school-educated me sees through his delusional fantasy/political spin in a heartbeat.

A significant number of RINO incumbents lost in their recent primary elections. Polls are indicating that ALL incumbents are in danger, are not slam dunks, and there is a new breed of younger Republican politician being supported by the tea party movement — these new politicians are more fiscally conservative than their older counterparts, thus replacing members of “the old GOP.” Since so many liberal Democrat politicians are polling poorly (some are trying to paint themselves as “conservative” in their campaign ads in an effort to save their jobs) and tea party-supported candidates have gained more and more voter support, it stands to reason that the members of Congress who have listened to the American people and the numbers of newly elected members of Congress who will also listen to the American people will be increasing.

Those who have not will either be kicked to the curb this election or next, unless they quickly turn around their previous elitist behavior and listen to the American people who elected them.

Seems that the resistance of the past from congressional Republicans will only get stronger against the socialist-progressive agenda of POTUS after November 2 — the majority of Americans have rejected and denounced Obama’s agendas.

Simply stated, Mr. President — it’s gonna get much worse for you.

Obama Moves from the White House to the Neverland Ranch

RUSH: “President Obama said that he is expecting Republicans to offer him more cooperation after November’s elections, no matter the outcome,” and this is in the House organ, the New York Times. Now, only an authoritarian narcissist would say that the people swept into power must bow down to him. Republicans will have to offer Obama more cooperation? That’s how he’s looking at it.

He’s not looking at it as, “You know what? The American people have rejected me, my policies. They’ve elected these guys; I better work with these guys a little bit more.” That’s what Clinton said, that’s the rule of thumb in politics, but that’s not what Obama’s going to do, and he’s admitting it here. It’s up to the Republicans now to offer him more cooperation.

“In an hour-long interview with Times White House correspondent Peter Baker, Mr. Obama predicted that his political rivals will either be chastened by falling short of their electoral goals or burdened with the new responsibility that comes from achieving them.” You know, is Obama actually living in the White House or has he moved into Neverland Ranch? Has he taken over Michael Jackson’s place? This is so unreal. He said, “It may be that regardless of what happens after this election, [the Republicans] feel more responsible, either because they didn’t do as well as they anticipated, and so the strategy of just saying no to everything and sitting on the sidelines and throwing bombs didn’t work for them. Or they did reasonably well, in which case the American people are going to be looking to them to offer serious proposals and work with me in a serious way.”

Now, the American people in November will be voting against Democrats, they will be voting against Obama, they’ll be voting for Republicans because they don’t want anyone working with Obama. They want working with Obama stopped! They want Obama’s policies stopped! I mean this is not right. There’s something psychologically not right here. …What the voters will be saying is they want Republicans to get off the sidelines and stop this, do their best to stop it and then start repealing as much of this as possible.

Now, when Clinton watched the Democrats get thumped in ’94, what did he do? He said the era of big government is over. I know he said it, and for a while, a couple years later we got welfare reform. You know, Clinton saw the handwriting on the wall. Then the Lewinsky thing happened and the handwriting was on the wall pretty much. Clinton watched the Democrats get thumped, he says, “The era of big government is over.”

Obama is predicting the American people and Republicans will cower before him after this victory and say, “Please, Mr. President, how can we move your immensely unpopular agenda forward? Okay, Mr. President, we, the Republicans, we finally won, we got some power, we know the American people now want us to work with you instead of the Democrats. What can we do to help you?”

But then just last week Obama said if the Republicans win he told some group it would be hand-to-hand combat. Remember last week? He said it’s gonna be hand-to-hand combat. Now he says what it means is the Republicans are going to have to work with him.

Michael Shear, New York Times, writes: “The president’s comments are reported in an in-depth assessment of Mr. Obama’s first two years in office that appears in the Times Magazine this Sunday. In the article, which is based on interviews with nearly two dozen of the president’s advisers in addition to the president himself, Mr. Baker offers a series of inside details about Mr. Obama’s time in the White House, including: According to his wife, Michelle Obama, Mr. Obama is not particularly fond of the presidential retreat at Camp David. Mrs. Obama reports that her husband, a longtime resident of Chicago, is more at ease in an urban setting.”

Let’s see. Let’s start tallying this up. The president doesn’t like the Chamber of Commerce; he doesn’t like Mother Nature ’cause that’s where Camp David is; he doesn’t like balanced budgets; he doesn’t like low taxes; he doesn’t like the American private sector; he doesn’t like the oil industry; he doesn’t like the drug industry; he doesn’t like Big Tobacco; he doesn’t like Big Auto; he doesn’t like much that is considered traditionally American. He says he’s the green president and yet he can’t stand to be out there among natural beauty at Camp David. He’s the green president, but don’t get him anywhere near the actual chlorophyll, don’t get him near the leaves.

How does a man grow up in Hawaii and prefer an urban setting?
