H/t to Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit, who warned that this Christmas news story video will make you laugh AND cry.
Yep, you will.
Best feel-good Christmas story of the week… God bless Walmart for its generosity and God bless the Roberts family in Carthage, Texas, who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Father and husband Casey Roberts was killed in 2008 during his third tour of duty in Afghanistan. This “Getting to the Heart of Christmas” story truly captures the spirit of Christmas.
Recap from Yahoo, Dancing Boy Takes Over Serious ‘Today Show’ Interview:
This morning on “The Today Show,” a little boy named Keeghan Roberts turned an otherwise serious live interview with his family into his own little crazy dance party.
Meredith Vieira was was trying to interview the family of Casey Roberts, a U.S. soldier who was killed in Afghanistan in 2008. As Vieira, through a live feed to the familly’s home in Carthage, TX, tried to ask the Roberts family about Casey (in preparation to announce an outpouring of gifts to the family), little Keeghan Roberts caught a glimpse of himself in the monitor — and that was all the little boy needed to begin his national TV dancing career.
A few seconds later, Keeghan and his mom and sister learn that their family has been showered with gifts and Christmas decorations from a corporate sponsor. It’s a heartwarming story, but the only part anyone’s ever going to remember is little Keeghan’s love for The Dance. (Expect the internet to throw a dance-y soundtrack on this clip any minute now.)
Hilarious… and heartwarming (if you’re a parent with a son, this will be even more funny). Merry Christmas, and enjoy.
