New book about VP Joe Biden should be a hit with conservatives this Christmas
There’s a new book out by Threshold Editions about everyone’s favorite gaffe machine, Vice Pres. Joe Biden — quite the eyebrow-raising title for it, too: Sh*t My Vice-President Says.

It’s not just of Biden’s blunders, either — included in the book are bizarre gaffes and “misspeaks” from the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Al Gore, Rahm Emanuel, Jesse Jackson, Janet Napolitano, Robert Gibbs, Rod Blagojevich, and of course, Captain Clueless himself.

1. What made Threshold decide to put this book together?
With Joe Biden, the country has a walking gaffe machine just one heartbeat from the Oval Office. Although Americans appreciate the entertainment value offered by Joe “Hillary is more qualified to be vice president” Biden, we’re convinced that the president must cringe every time Biden serves up another doozey. Just as nature abhors a vacuum, this book had to be written.
2. Does the book only contain gaffes by Joe Biden or does it include others as well? If so, who?
When it comes to this foot-in-mouth disease, Joking Joe is not alone. Far from it. Which is why you’ll find gems from Nancy Pelosi, Rahm Emanuel, Jesse Jackson, Janet Napolitano, Robert Gibbs, Al Gore, Eric Massa, Rod Blagojevich — even the Gaffer in Chief, Barack Obama, are featured among others.
3. Do you think you could make this book about anyone who is engaged in the public debate or is there something special about Joe Biden?
Sure, sure. There’s plenty of gaffolicious quotables to be found in the public debate. But none come close to the Energizer Bunny status of gaffiness that Joe has achieved. It’s as if he’s the Zen Master Gaffer.
4. What are a couple of the most memorable Joe Biden
quotes you included?Our favorites include, “Why don’t you say something nice instead of being a smart-ass all the time?” and “You cannot go into a 7/11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. Oh, I’m not joking,” and “If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there’s still a 30% chance we’re going to get it wrong.” WTF?
5. Why do you think the vice president is prone to spewing so much sh*t?
Sadly, that information is above our collective pay grades.
