Political analyst Charles Krauthammer is spot-on: Pres. Obama has no intention of offering a viable blueprint for helping the American economy get out of the toilet and on to recovery. Rather, as Krauthammer points out, the president’s speech next week will not be a serious jobs proposal, but will instead be a partisan, self-serving effort to frame the debate for Obama’s reelection and to put forth ideas that Republicans are sure to reject.

Remember: it’s always about Obama. Always. And he will always blame others for his shortcomings and mistakes. Always.

The British have had this unflattering nickname for Obama for years now: President Pantywaist. Krauthammer believes Republicans now have their own perfect name for Barack Obama: President Zero.
