Moral Courage: Thank You to Our Heroes… Tribute to Our Courageous Troops, Past & Present, for Veterans Day (video)
Posted By Vicki McClure Davidson on November 4, 2011
Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today’s world do not have.
~ Ronald Reagan
In honor of our military veterans, I’ve compiled another collection of music tributes for Veterans Day. May God bless all our courageous troops, past and present.
To our military veterans and our troops currently serving — you have protected America from those who wish us harm, protected and defended others who seek freedom in hostile nations — your selfless efforts, your willingness to make the ultimate sacrifice, are deeply respected and appreciated. To those who are deployed: You are NOT forgotten. Your courage and patriotism are NOT forgotten. And to your families and loved ones, those who miss you and fear for your safety… we want you to know that their own selflessness, sacrifice, and courage are not forgotten, either.
Bless you all and thank you for all that you do and all that you have done in the name of freedom.
You are our heroes.

Another personal favorite music video encore — I embed this Toby Keith video whenever possible.

Take a couple of minutes to visit the Let’s Give Thanks website, sponsored by Xerox, to send a free card of thanks to a deployed soldier. Since the program began, more than 30 million people have visited the website to share their appreciation with our troops through cards using children’s artwork from across America.
