The veracity of Sharon Bialek, a sexual harassment accuser of black conservative presidential hopeful Herman Cain, is in question

While the results of a polygraph can’t be entered into many courts of law, they CAN be entered into the court of public opinion.

And per the results of a recent polygraph test, using high-tech software, taken of GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain about his alleged sexual harassment of Sharon Bielak, he is telling the truth — he is innocent of the charges.

So, what does that say about Bielak’s Gloria-Allred-supported claims?

Reported by CBS Atlanta, Investigator: Herman Cain innocent of sexual advances:

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) – Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.

Cain denied making any sexual actions towards Sharon Bialek and vowed to take a polygraph test if necessary to prove his innocence.

Cain has not taken a polygraph but Ward said he does have software that does something better.

Ward said the $15,000 software can detect lies in people’s voices.

CBS Atlanta’s Mike Paluska played Cain’s speech for Ward into the software and watched as it analyzed Cain’s every word.

If he is hiding something this thing would have spiked way down here,” said Ward. “He is being truthful, totally truthful. He is a man with integrity and he talked directly about not knowing any incident he is accused of.”

The software analyzes the stress level and other factors in your voice. During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read “low risk.” According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.

And what about Bialek? Ward continues:

During the section of Bialek’s news conference where she says, “He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch.”

During the analysis of that section the software said “high risk statement.” Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.

“I don’t think she is fabricating her meetings,” said Ward. But, she is fabricating what transpired.”

In most circles, “fabricating what transpired” means LYING.

Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.

After listening to Cain’s speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.

“When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk,” said Ward. “It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public.”

Five days ago, it was widely reported that Mark Harwood,  the financee of Sharon Bialek, one of the Cain accusers who went public, was  gallantly coming to his beloved’s defense. An interview that was picked up by scores of media outlets, lent credibility to her story, even as damaging reports about her personal history was struggling for media attention. A few days ago, it was revealed that new lie detector technology had indicated that her story was a  lie.

Now, Harwood wants to “clear the air”, Fox Nation reports:

For starters, Sharon Bialek isn’t his fiancee, said Mark Harwood in an exclusive interview on Wednesday night.

“We were engaged last year in June but I think there have been some assumptions that Sharon still lives here in Mundelein with me” Harwood told the I-Team. “Sharon and her son moved out in February of this year and now live in their own home … so effectively we’re no longer engaged.”

RS McCain notes that the MSM made a point of mentioning Harwood was financially secure, living very comfortably in an affluent neighborhood. Ben Smith, for instance, reported in the Politico:

In fact, per the Tribune, she’s living with her fiance, described as an executive in the medical equipment industry, in “a large, five-bedroom home… in north suburban Mundelein.”

Support is still strong for Cain — as indicated in the video below with Republican voters at the GOP debate this past week.

From Dakota Voice, Crowd Condemns Media Hit Job on Herman Cain:

It seems the audience at tonight’s GOP debate didn’t think much of the media hit job on Herman Cain utilizing the vehicle of unsubstantiated and initially anonymous allegations.

If Cain had done the things he’s being accused of, unlike amoral Democrats, Republican voters would not have him. However, the veiled and circus-like nature of the charges, coupled with the fact that such alleged actions seem far out of character for Cain, make such charges dubious and more likely the manufactured product of someone with millions behind them and much to gain politically. And the “mainstream” media’s craven assault on him has done nothing but garner sympathy for Cain among Republicans.
