My Daughter Discovers Steven Crowder, Who Went Undercover at Occupy Wall Street Protests & Gives Obama an “A for Abject Failure” for How He’s Handled the OWS Mess (video)

On the way into work on Friday morning, my daughter, age 21, asked, “Mom, do you know who Steven Crowder is?”
When I told her I did, she exclaimed, “I just discovered him! He’s so great — I went on a binge last night watching his YouTube videos. You’ve gotta see the ones he did on Occupy Wall Street — they’re hilarious, Mom!”
My daughter is angry and disgusted with the depravity and cluelessness of the OWS squatters and has no patience nor sympathy with the movement’s lawlessness and those who have romanticized it. For her to find someone her age like Crowder, who shares her youthful but wise observations and treats them seriously yet humorously, delights her.
For those who aren’t familiar with conservative comedian/commentator Steven Crowder, he’s a personable, funny, 24-year-old former child actor who has become a conservative comedian/writer and a YouTube and PJ Media sensation. He recently became a media fellow for the National Center. I’ve showcased Steven here a number of times on different politically charged topics, as have other conservative bloggers.
Turns out Steven has attended four different Occupy movement protests across the country over the past two months. He wanted to capture on video the idiocy of the Occupy Wall Street movement, and he’s drawn the conclusion that most who are attending these demonstrations are unemployed lowlifes and socialists being paid to protest or are pathetic, lost young people who desperately want to “belong” to something, even if they can’t articulate why they’re protesting. He draws parallels to the 1960s hippie “flower power” movement, and calls both movements ineffectual and idiotic.
Here are some of his videos of those OWS encounters — he went undercover as a communist-loving liberal to blend in with the unwashed masses.
Crowder cites John Nolte’s jaw-dropping “rap sheet” at Big Government of the arrests and violence of the Occupy thugs, criminals, and vagrants, which I’ve linked to a number of times in previous posts. Nolte started compiling OWS news links several months ago and keeps adding to it. As of this Friday, it has grown to a mind-blowing 417 links to news stories about OWS arrests, atrocities, crimes, and nefarious activities.

A few weeks back, Steven appeared on Mike Huckabee’s panel show on Fox News. He gave a humorous, but scathing summary of the radicals and gave Pres. Obama an “A for abject failure” with regard to the president’s handling of the Occupy protests. From the video summary:
Having visited four separate rallies, Steven says the radicals at these protests are not just another inconvenient presidential association that can be thrown under the bus like Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright — the Occupy Wall Street mob isn’t going anywhere and is growing increasingly louder and more violent.
Joining Steven and host Mike Huckabee on the panel were Fox News contributor Jehmu Greene and economist and Euro Pacific Capital CEO Peter Schiff.
Schiff also has been a “man in the park” at the Occupy Wall Street protest at Zuccotti Park. In October, he tried to educate some of the Occupy Wall Street liberal protestors in New York about the role government has had in destroying individual freedoms and creating the economic crisis, how socialism fails, and how capitalism and free market principles made America the success it was. Schiff also gives a failing mark to Obama.
